Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom (bed 160 x 200). UPSTAIRS: storage landing and reading area, bedroom (two beds 80 x 200, one is convertible to 160 x 200). The proximity to our home allows us to provide you (on request) with a washing machine/dryer (common independent cellar). Shared garden (not enclosed) and not private.

All of the main tourist attractions of the Dordogne valley are within an easy 30 minute drive: Sarlat, Domme, Castelnaud, La Roque Gageac, etc

A private 4x8 m swimming pool is available at the cottage, as well as a private terrace and garden with a grandiose view. The bedrooms are located upstairs.

This accommodation has three real independent bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Caroline the turtle will be with you, very discreet, at the bottom of the garden. You'll just have to feed her!

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
