Nicolas' apartment was perfect and perfectly matched the description. Easy to find, it offered convenient parking for our car and a bike rack. I loved the high ceilings and the decor, and it was impeccably clean. It was only a 15-minute walk to the lively neighborhoods. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

The accommodation, located in a very pretty town is very beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Our hosts are very nice and quick to respond to requests to give us tips for places and activities. For a stay with family or friends, we will be happy to come back and we have already given the address to friends.

Marie welcomed us very warmly. Impeccable location. There's nothing missing. We spent a week without taking the car, everything is accessible on foot, market, restaurant, beach, city center. We highly recommend it. Thanks again to Marie for the sweetness of our 1st breakfast and her advice for our stay. We will be back no problem.

Our stay in Jupilles was really great, the accommodation was very clean, well equipped. The setting is clearly idyllic! And the little touches for us and our animals were very much appreciated!

Two bright little weeks in Mortagne au Perche in a "Little house" that has everything a big one has! The accommodation is located close to all shops; so you can do everything on foot. It has a very nice terrace for having a coffee or sipping a glass of fresh cider ;-) The bedding is excellent, the kitchen is equipped for making cakes. The little house will remain an excellent memory for us! I also highly recommend Christelle for her kindness and responsiveness.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!
