Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Peace River

Honestly, this is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photographs do not do it justice. The apartment is stunning and the shared pool and hot tub area is a little oasis with plenty of seating and loungers. Corinna and Tim have thought of every little detail to ensure guests have everything they can possibly need, inside and outside the apartment. We found Corinna and Tim to be the most welcoming and friendliest of hosts and were absolutely gutted to be leaving. We would love to return. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing. 😍

Taylor's place was very clean and peaceful, aligned with the photos, well decorated and very organized. Neighborhood was quiet: we could park the car with ease and free, close to the center of Tampa Bay City (5 min by car). Recommend it if you want to visit Tampa Bay and relax a bit!

Great place to stay close to great locations. The service was very proactive. the place was safe, quiet and very clean. Definitely enjoyed the stay!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

If you are looking for a nice, affordable, and relaxing place to stay, this is the place for you! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. He loved the back patio area for smoking and chilling. The house was super peaceful, relaxing, and exactly as pictured. Sharon was super accommodating, easy to communicate with, and had a fast response time. She even allowed us to extend our trip, by a day, last minute. The lighting and decorations in the house were amazing, and the recliners were a nice touch. The kitchen was nice and spacious, and easy to cook in. The bathroom was extremely nice, but I will say the toilet is a little tight in between the shower and sink. We enjoyed watching tv on the flat screen. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was easy to find things to do, and finding places to eat was easy as well, being less than 30 minutes of a drive away from the house. Don’t hesitate, and book now!

Awesome home to spend time with the family! Everything was near by and the neighborhood was lovely. Kids and parents enjoyed the patio and pool and Jenn was also responsive and accommodating. She was an amazing host and her home was amazing, thank you Jenn!

This home was very comfortable. Bedrooms were nice, and nicely finished bathrooms. The living/kitchen area was very small and did not allow for any group activities (i .e. Games or watching a movie together. No tv in the living room.) We were only there for 2 nights, so not a problem for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Everything about the house was perfect! This was my first time in an Airbnb and this home was very comfortable. It’s in a great location, not far from things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend and definitely revisit!

Jennifer was an excellent host! Incredible communication, fast response times and the home was perfect and just like the pictures.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!

We absolutely loved this home! Brought me back to going to the lake when I was a kid. There is no reason to leave the house once you arrive. The amenities are extensive and the view is spectacular. Our grandson learned to cast, using the provided fishing poles, and spent hours on the dock fishing. The fire-pit was a wonderful place to enjoy family time. Everything we needed to cook was provided in the house as well as a grill outside. We just loved this home!

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay and we're able to use the laundry room to do our laundry after a long road trip through florida. Lewie was super friendly and helpful. we would stay again for sure if we are in the area.

Nice, clean, and cozy. I probably won’t rent again but not because of anything bad… only because I have kids and the Airbnb is made out of a section of their home and there is a door that separates (kind of like a connected hotel room). I have kids and I had to make sure they weren’t too noisy so we didn’t get any complaints or bother the owners. We could hear everything too on our end. It just made it a little uncomfortable. We were barely there either way but everything else was on point. Very clean, host was very responsive and made sure we were okay. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
