Great location, close to town and anything else you could need in Bolton! House was very clean, had everything you could need. Definitely would stay here again if coming back up to Lake George!

We ate most meals on the deck admiring the lake and scenery. Most hot days at the lake, jumping off the floating dock, swimming and kayaking the beautiful lake. Most cool nights in the hot tub. Beautiful lake and close to many places (Saratoga, Lake George). Kids really enjoyed the lake, floating dock and hot tub as well as playing darts on the deck. Tinney’s Tavern nearby had great food and was an easy walk. Nice hiking trail nearby. Joan was easily accessible for any questions that arose.

It’s an awesome spot for a weekend getaway! Great aesthetic and very cozy.

The best stay in the LG area! Perfectly tucked away, backyard oasis! Amazing fire pit and hot tub. great places to eat on the front and back porch! The house was spotless, so clean and we felt so at home! We really enjoyed the kitchen as well! The host, John was amazing! This is the place to stay when coming to the lake! Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back soon!:)

We had an amazing time visiting Sacandaga Lake with our family for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was in such a great location and even though it rained most of the time, the views were still incredible. Brendon provides a binder full of great information about the house as well as things to do or see in the area. We loved hanging out on the deck and cooking food on the Blackstone grill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large firepit table! There was lots of space for everyone to enjoy and not feel like we were on top of each other. They provide lots of refrigerator/freezer space so we could really enjoy just being there and making the most of our time together as a family. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Judith met us when we arrived and showed us around the home personally. We were amazed at the fully stocked refrigerator and cabinets and the delicious baked goodies she made for us. The home was immaculate and decorated beautifully. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. We had everything we needed and so much more. Beautiful views of cascading water off the entire back side of the home visible from the hot tub and deck plus Judith and Ron's careful attention to every detail made our stay exceptional.

We just spent 3 wonderful nights at Lisa’s house. The view was absolutely amazing! Everything was great. Very helpful when we asked questions and was very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to work. Would definitely rent this house again

My husband, another couple and our two pups had a wonderful time at the cottage. We absolutely loved the access to the lake (note that you have to cross a road but it’s a very quiet one, not much cars), it’s private beach, and enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board. The place has comfortable bedding, extremely well furnished kitchen and is only a few minutes from stunning lake George and the lovely town of Bolton Landing. Be aware of mosquitoes! The host warned us before our arrival and had extra repellent for us to use! Michelle was extremely responsive to all our questions and even came late at night to help us troubleshoot an issue with the fans! Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a peaceful nature retreat!

The location could not have been better. Only minutes from Lake George Village, and Queensbury with its Outlets, gas stations, Walmart, Six Flags and best of all Martha's for the best ice cream in town. Quiet residential street dead end street, good for walking the dog. Lauren had excellent communication and responded quickly to any concerns we might have had. Thanks for everything.

Christine and Larry are amazing hosts. The location was great for our trip to Gore Mt. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to meet Christine in person, Larry stopped by to check if we had any questions or needs. It is obvious they want their guests to totally enjoy the place, and make you feel comfortable doing so. Thanks you two, I’m sure we will be back.

My family loved how peaceful and calm everything was. Took this weekend getaway to get the kids away from electronics and the hype of NYC and it was a blast. The kids were loving the grass, the playground, the fire pit, we went down to the lake, played board games, mini golf it was amazing. I really enjoyed the stay and the host was very responsive even at 11pm. She was transparent and clear with instructions. Little town was great as well, did some Railroad Biking, lots of little things to do within 30 min drive.

Great choice to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! So much so that we already booked another stay in a different cabin just a few days from now. The entire property is gorgeous and so, so peaceful. Even with quite a bit of rain, everything was great thanks to how awesome Christine was! We are very grateful for her hospitality and how responsive she was with the flooding and minor plumbing issue it caused. Not sure other Hosts would be as willing as she was to fix the issue so quickly. It was very much appreciated. Can't wait to be back!

Terri was very responsive when messaged. We had a few questions upon arrival and recieved an answer very quickly. The host took a lot of time to ensure the stay was comfortable and provided many different useful in house amenities such as clean dishes, towels and bedding. although the space was smaller than we originally thought it was enough space for 5 plus a medical alert dog. we did have one thing that threw us for a loop as none of us were aware of how a cabin could smell. It had a very earthy scent that we didn't expect coming from the city life but it was an absolute delight to experiance something new. although we didn't stay by during the day we felt at easy when we settled in for the evening. I would recommend if your looking for something off the beaten path with lovely views and many places to go.

We visited Lake George for my wife’s birthday, a very special occasion. Barbara and Gregory’s place was perfect! It was very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. They spoke to us every time we saw them to ask if we needed anything. It is clear that they work very hard to make their place special for guests. We had a wonderful time and will tell our friends!

Perfect place for our stay. Clean and roomy. Adam was very responsive to me and couldnt ask for more.

I really need an option to add more than five stars to this review! EVERYTHING was wonderful, Laurie is an amazing host who went above and beyond to make the stay perfect (she even drove over in torrential rain to bring us umbrellas for our trip to the races!). As soon as we walked in we absolutely LOVED the cottage, it felt like a lovely second home for the weekend. Its immaculately clean but still wonderfully cozy and charming - and much bigger than it looked on the outside. It was such fun to find the thoughtful little extras that Laurie had left, her care made the trip even more delightful. This home is truly a reflection of her. Its an easy 10 minute drive into historic Saratoga Springs and the racetrack but you are in the middle of lush countryside, and the deck is lovely and comfortable too. We will definitely be back next time we go to the races and 100% recommend it! Thank you for giving us some wonderful family memories Laurie!

Perfect family get together at this lake house. Stunning take views throughout the first floor, great outdoor areas and kayaks. Huge dining room table that can seat 12. Location is great. Quick access to town, charming store a short walk away that has all the essentials, and a boat rental place that’s super close by if you want to take advantage of the lakefront dock (which we did). The upstairs got a little warm but otherwise was a perfect stay.

This was a good cabin-like space, very near Dreams Park and the town of Cooperstown. Had adequate space for our group of 3. Back deck was really lovely. For longer stays, I’d prioritize a place with a washer/dryer and dishwasher, but this place definitely met our needs during our Cooperstown stay.

Luanne and Andy's cabin was calm and cozy. The location was perfect to visit all the landmarks for fall foliage. The cabin had all amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The place is perfect for families.

Great place with beautiful views of the river and lovely birds in the morning. Perfect for a getaway from the city with family. Pamela was a great host and had kept cute gifts for us on arrival! Will definitely visit again!

A lovely stay on a beautiful, peaceful lake. My 3 friends and I stayed for a 3 day “celebrate friendship” getaway. The cottage was perfect. It was clean and cozy. Lex was a wonderful host- responsive and helpful. Would definitely love to come again. On or off season, a wonderful time in a beautiful place.
