Beachfront holiday rental in Pecorini A Mare

Isabella and Valentino were very nice. They picked us up from the boat and accompanied us to the apartment and were very responsive when I closed the door leaving the keys inside!!! The location is ideal and our stay could have been a bit longer . I would this property .

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

superb place, its name, Nido sul mare, totally suitable. nicely decorated, this little house is a haven of peace where only the sound of the waves that scrap, is heard. we loved it.

We had a great stay at Fulvio’s. Mariagrazia greeted us and kept in touch for any need. The location is stunning! The flat is very well equipped with all necessary.

Amazing location, right at the shore, with access to a small beach and perfect sight of Strombolicchio. A wonderful terrace offers many different areas to spend time throughout the day as the sun moves. Short walk into the core of the village and a quick ride from the port. We would stay there again, anytime!

Beautiful and well-kept accommodation in a quiet, typically Italian environment. The host was very accommodating and gave us all the important information about the accommodation as well as a few insider tips for sightseeing. From the accommodation, everything in Lipari is within walking distance. Refrigerator, kitchen with all necessary accessories, washing machine and terrace in a quiet environment. Thank you Giuseppe, we will be happy to come back!

Roberto's place really does look as good as the photos and was a slice of paradise. The pool and gardens were beautiful and the villa had everything we needed. Roberto was not around during our stay but replied to messages promptly and his mother lives next door should we have needed anything but didn't intrude. The area felt a little tired but people were friendly. There are plenty of delightful places to explore locally and further afield. Tindari has some fascinating ruins, Milazzo is nice for an evening stroll and has an amazing natural pool at the tip of the peninsula. Taormina was a lovely place to visit but felt extremely busy with tourists. The highlight for me was a trip up Mt Etna, the views are incredible! We have loved our time here and would happily come back. Thank you Roberto for sharing your place with us.

Patrizia's place is really great! It is very bright with its large glass window that allows you to have a view above the roofs to the sea. The bathroom is new and very clean, as well as the rest of the place. Patrizia was very accommodating and communication was easy. You should know that in winter, from November to March, the common area of the accommodation is closed, but it was not a problem because the night falls quickly and meets in the evening in the apartment was pleasant because it was well equipped. In general, in winter there is not much open on the island of Lipari. Nonetheless, we still found bars and restaurants open, and did many hikes, under the sun ☀️

Five stars are not enough to stay in Paradise. The cottage is comfortable and well maintained, but the real highlight is the patio with one of the most beautiful views you could ever want. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my family. The house was very very clean, tidy. The kitchen was great, equipped with all the tools for cooking and eating. The living room had a very comfortable and soft sofa bed, as well as the mattresses in the bedroom. The terrace had an outdoor table and chairs where we spent our evenings. The bathroom is also great and impeccably clean. In addition, various gaming tools such as Uno cards and tennis rackets are provided. As for the car, right in front of the house there is a very safe condominium parking lot, and you can see the car very well from the house. Very quiet area, great for relaxation and beautiful beach with crystal clear water and with zero noise around. The host is very helpful and ready to help us in any eventuality, I thank him again for his kindness and the excellent work done. If we went back to Sicily, we'd definitely come back here.

superb stay at Fiorella's apartment, the view of the strait between vulcano and lipari is sumptuous, watching the sailboats you can see the whole archipelago of wind turbines and fantastic sunsets. the residence is far from all shops, we were on foot: 20min from the beach and 25/30 minutes from shops. i recommend it ++ ++ thanks for everything

The property was better than the description. It was ammaculately clean. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated. The appliances were all of a high standard as was the furniture beds ect. Very spacious place. No negatives at all. Ellena was very helpful and responded to all queries promptly. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Sergio's! We lovrd Canneto which is much quieter snd peaceful than the port of Lipari yet it was close enough that we could easily get to the center with our scooters. I loved the terrace to have our breakfast or aperitivo in the evening. Sergio was a great host and always responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this apartment!

Giuseppe was a fantastic host, always very helpful, thoughtful and attentive. Casarmonica is really a little gem in the heart of Piscità, which I think is the most beautiful and peaceful contrada on Stromboli. Experience to be absolutely repeated.

House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we would arrive before 3 pm and would have been allowed into the house by then. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To reach the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can get there easily. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan. If we can, we will be happy to come back!!!

We thank Antonella for her hospitality. She was available to us and responsive. The almost private beach is a real luxury and the outside is very nice. On the other hand, the house is divided into several apartments, including that of the owner, which was not indicated in the listing. In the photos of the listing, there are several places that are ultimately inaccessible and it's a bit of a shame. The road to access the accommodation is catastrophic (dirt road and tunnel impassable by car) which makes parking very difficult. We nevertheless enjoyed our stay at the casa di pippi, a very soothing place if you want to spend a quiet vacation!

Mauro was super nice and always available. You could ask him anything. The apartment was a dream and the sunset was bombastic☀️. Highly recommended and we will come back 🫶🏻

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and has a beautiful sea view. At the end of October there is a very quiet period, we were almost the only ones in the apartment complexes. Because of this, we had the beach with the clear sea almost only for us which was wonderful. The hotel and restaurant were also closed. We loved this tranquility!
