Avra House Symi

In the most special spot of the island. In Mouragio, behind the first row of hotels and houses, is the Avra house. The house was a biscuit oven for the island's sailors and its architectural restoration respected its original use in every possible way. Within walking distance of the unique central beach of NOS (10 minutes on foot), 60 steps away from all the necessities of the island: taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets, port of departure-arrival of ships, is this two-storey traditional house. With its own courtyard, balcony overlooking the sea, windows overlooking the Aegean Sea, Avra House is a property in a quiet traditional neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the island but very close to everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

Characterful House on Symi island

Recently and lovingly renovated two bedroom family home, completed in summer 2023. Beautiful and characterful with incredible views across the unique island of Symi - sea, sky, mountain and village. Perfect for solo, couple and family escapes, with a great location in the Chorio village, in a secluded spot but only a 3 minute walk to the main village square with a shop, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bars. The house is both peaceful and stylish.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Villa Casandra with a Spectacular View

Situated next to the winds mills, Villa Casandra offers you the most spectacular view of the Symi harbor, Yialos. Our charming village, Chorio is 5 minutes walk from the Villa and the harbor is 15 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just round the corner from the house for lazy days. Villa Casandra is a charming summer house with basic equipment suitable for your island holiday.

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
