Great deal and location to be near Fremantle and Perth. Spotless kitchen and place, very easy and clear instructions to get in. Two bathrooms, one in master and one common with two queen beds. Suitable for 4 guest. Guest will have to climb up one flight of stairs so not suitable for accessibility needs.

Awesome little apartment super close to the Vic Park strip. Great to have access to secure parking.

Sam’s place is located in a quiet and safe area. It’s clean and cozy, with almost everything we need for the short stay. Sam responded quickly too.

Great location close to everything, neat and tidy, Alan was very helpful and there for us if we needed him. The only disadvantage is that it was on the 2nd floor and only had stairs. And my sister has trouble with stairs. No fault to Alan just me not researching enough.

The property information provided described the property precisely, amenities and locale. First impressions on arrival were excellent and continued through the duration of our short stay. Sequential release of additional information to access the property in the lead up to check-in was clear, concise and timely. Overall cleanliness was excellent and could not be faulted. The property is located in a private, quiet area and central to amenities by walking or just a short drive. The secure enclosed parking under the property with lift access is excellent. The hosts were easily accessible and provided a timely response and additional information as required. This all brings the total experience together into a pleasant and memorable stay. This apartment has all you need for both long and short term stays. It is very central to many different shops, restaurants/cafes, parks etc. The host is lovely and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our long term stay and will definitely book again when we return to the Perth region.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

We had a wonderful stay at Chloe’s place! The location was perfect. The home was cozy and clean and equipped with everything we needed. I love the fully equipped classic kitchen so much. Chloe was very friendly and always available to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

This is our first Airbnb experience of an entire house. We were very unsure at first but we found to our delight a helpful, responsive host plus an excellent clean fairly large place to stay. The house is well maintained, everything works ! The reverse-out to the main road was a bit a challenge at first though, but got used to it after a few tries. overall, highly recommend this place, good price too.
