We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly that and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

We always book the apartment with Kerstin when we visit our family. The apartment is just perfect for us in terms of location and amenities. Kerstin is a great host and responds quickly to any question. We are happy to come to Friedland.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Our stay in the dune house exceeded our imagination. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were also very happy about the small gift. We will be happy to come back! :)

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. All very clean and well appointed. The nearby "Milch Gas Station" has enriched our breakfasts, and the train connection from Groß Kiesow is also great. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, it can't feel more comfortable! We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cozy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: There were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you have any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Sweet, cozy and pretty cabin in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac square, fire pits, raft, beer garden,...). Nice and very open owners!

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The view is really great and you can take super nice bike tours. Communication with Simone was great and flawless.

We had 4 wonderful days in the quiet all to ourselves. Great for a holiday with a dog through the fenced garden. Very quiet and close to nature. Super cozy cottage and especially the sauna was a highlight.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Torsten's house. The view of the lake from the terrace is great. You just walk around two corners and you're quickly at the swimming area, which is below the accommodation. The old house is extensively renovated and partly furnished with antique furniture. The large shower is great, but the bathroom is located in such a way that you have to go through one bedroom. Particularly great was the baker diagonally opposite, who has a fantastic and inexpensive selection. Torsten was always easily accessible and responded kindly to a mishap of mine. We would love to come again.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
