A cozy insulated construction trailer with fireplace, sun terrace and dry separation toilet. Situated away from it all in front of a large meadow with magnificent views of the meadows and prairie of Mecklenburg. In front of the trailer is a private fireplace with a grill, seating and an outdoor shower. Showering in cold weather can be done in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area which can be used for a fee, as well as 2 e-bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped.

No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.
