Vetus Vicinato Home 2 offers a luxurious stay with its own street-level entrance and occupies the entire ground floor of the building. This brand-new residence features a spacious garden complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, sun beds, and a patio equipped with a dining area. Inside, the gleaming interior includes a living area seamlessly integrated with a kitchen and dining space. The home also boasts a bathroom fitted with a rainfall shower and a generously sized bedroom furnished with a queen bed.

Alsalos is a private villa in South Rhodes, created for relaxed holidays with family or friends. Enjoy the peaceful setting, private pool, outdoor dining area and BBQ. It is a comfortable base for exploring beaches, villages and tavernas while enjoying privacy and a slower island rhythm. As a small family business, we like to add a bottle of our own extra virgin olive oil, produced from our trees in Rhodes. The olive press is a long building with arches in which the "mangano" (press) and the "millstone" where the olives were ground are still preserved. Villa Mylos has retained its bare stone walls, high ceilings, and an atrium featuring a private jetted pool has been built.

The house stands at a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and traditional Greek restaurants(about 5 minutes walking distance). Consists of 4 bedrooms(1 private, 2 loft bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains for privacy and 1 open-concept bedroom), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and a private courtyard,can host up to 8 people.

Es hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coach (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist ebenerdig.
