Το σπίτι είναι μεζονέτα 3 ορόφων, στον πρώτο όροφο είναι το καθιστικό με την κουζίνα (εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρικο φούρνο,ψυγείο,βραστηρα,καφετιέρα,τοστιερα και μαγειρικά σκεύη) και το WC.Στον επάνω όροφο είναι τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια και το μπανιο.Στο ημιυπόγειο υπαρχει καθιστικό.Επίσης έχει τρία μπαλκόνια,δύο στην πρόσοψη του σπιτιού και ένα στην πίσω πλευρά.Παρέχονται πετσέτες και σεντόνια,σαμπουάν, πιστολάκι μαλλιών,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο. Απέχει από την θάλασσα 600 μέτρα και απο την πλατεία 150 μέτρα.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is fully equipped with a private kitcenette, 1 main bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed. Each villa has a balcony with sea view and access to the common-use swimming pool. Blue Avenue is situated in Paliouri, Halkidiki, in one of the most quiet parts of the area with the main street though, just a few minutes away. Its minimalistic design along with the beautiful sea view stimulate a feeling of serenity and ultimate relaxation.

There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.
