De juin à septembre, de nombreux restaurants, piscines de villages, bars de plage (xiringuitos) et d’événements s’installent et animent la saison estivale.

This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. La playas más cercanas son las extensas playas de arena de Calpe que se encuentran a unos 15-20 minutos en coche y la ubicación centrada del pueblo te permite tener la mayoría de playas como Jávea o Denia a menos de 30 minutos.
