Bienvenue au lieu dit " La Perellerie", ce hameau est un ancien corps de ferme de 4 maisons que je partage en famille. Il y a un chemin d’accès pour vous et moi et un autre pour mes proches. "La petite lochoise" est une ancienne forge restaurée, avec des grandes ouvertures pour faire rentrer le maximum de lumière Un côté sud-est intime avec la terrasse vue champs et un côté court nord ouest réservé aux autres habitations. Proche des châteaux de la Loire, du zoo de beauval, futuroscope...

The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

1 km from Beauval Zoo and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, get closer to nature and the stars. Spend a night in a comfortable bubble under the stars. It includes a 160 x 200 bed, a lounge area, a separate shower room and a terrace. Breakfast on request served in the bubble. For ecological reasons, the bubble is equipped with a dry toilet. Perfect for a couple.

Our cottage is an outbuilding of the former Ste Anne school and has been rehabilitated into cozy accommodation that has retained its old-fashioned charm thanks to its exposed beams and cut stones. It has a large garden with deck chairs, garden furniture... and a private terrace not overlooked as well as a parking space and independent access.
