Perfect time with a beautiful view and huge house for 2 it’s literally perfect, better than a lot of places around !

I have been using Airbnb for many years and my stay at Anna Maria's "Kourkoula House" was by far the best I've ever experienced. Not only is it a hidden gem (waking up just meters away from the Greek sea), but the kindness and warm hospitality of Anna Maria and her father were one of a kind. The house is easy to find as it's one of two private houses located on the main road before the fortified medieval village of Monemvasia, which is pedestrian. While it's right above the main road where there is indeed some passage, the terrace is full of vegetation and flowers and beautiful plants which almost perfectly conceal the vis a vis - all while offering the most magnficent sea views! A picture-perfect set up for a glass of wine at sundown... Anna Maria is extremely responsive and was very accomodating with our check-in/out. Her father and herself were simply put, one of the nicest hosts we've encountered. The photos are only but a glimpse of how beautiful and unique this place truly is!

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

Just wonderful! The house is very convenient, arranged with great taste and care. There are numerous books and music to dive into. The kitchen provides everything - it is equipped like our kitchen at home. The view from this upper village of Tyros is breathtaking combining sea and steep mountain slopes. A car to get there is recommended. Host Ilias is very accomodating and polite, at the same time practical and discreet. We enjoyed our stay there very much and will certainly come back. It's the 2nd time we stayed at Eleanna's place. We've been there last year too. It's a really wonderfull place for those who love simplicity, quiet and calm place. It is so relaxing for the nerves. Sound of waves, birds, the view, all is peaceful. We will come again with pleasure.

A very cute little house on a beautiful peninsula. We quickly felt at home, every comfort is there. There are even garden lounges to soak up the sun all day long. ☀️

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

The accommodation is very cozy and convinces with a fantastic view of the sea - directly from your own balcony. The perfect place to enjoy the sunrise in peace. We were particularly pleased with the orange press in the kitchen, with which we could prepare fresh juice every morning. Monemvasia was comfortably within walking distance, which made our stay even more relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Accommodation on the top floor with the roof terrace, very hot but with air conditioning it's very good. Pretty well equipped and with lots of nice touches inside left by its very nice owner. Easy check-in, the host greeted us downstairs and offered to help us carry our suitcases 👍

This was where we stayed first when getting to Greece, and it was lovely! An easy drive from the airport, to a cute private unit close to downtown. The espresso machine worked, the shower was big enough, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony with a lemon tree is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Also some nice restaurants and small markets nearby. Would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in! Looks even better in reality than on pictures! Highly recommend it.

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

The apartment is very nice, pleasant, clean and very well equipped. The only drawback is that you have to find a place in the street to park. Very well received, we recommend this apartment.

We spent 6 most enjoyable nights in Nancy’s apartment in Nafplio. And it was a true spacious well-equipped apartment, not a studio. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi super. Nancy was an impeccable host providing excellent information on a range of topics. The only small downside is its location, next to a school and despite double glazing you do get some noise. Houses across the road are rebuilding so a little noise from these currently as well. It’s also solid 20 minute walk to the old town/waterfront.

very clean, quiet, good location, comfortable beds, cozy, and comfortable space although would have preferred a more comfy couch for lounging. Patio gets morning sunshine, afternoon shade. Underground, secure, reserved parking space is big bonus. Google Nest worked great for playing music. would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!
