Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peloponnese Region

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a magical place in a peaceful village. Kaiti provides an incredible local guide - we were able to do a few of her recommended things during our quick stay.

Vasiliki was great and we had very easy communication. The house was absolutely clean with a great view . I highly recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just wonderful! The house is very convenient, arranged with great taste and care. There are numerous books and music to dive into. The kitchen provides everything - it is equipped like our kitchen at home. The view from this upper village of Tyros is breathtaking combining sea and steep mountain slopes. A car to get there is recommended. Host Ilias is very accomodating and polite, at the same time practical and discreet. We enjoyed our stay there very much and will certainly come back. Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well equipped, everything is thought out so that we feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where the shops are open with very long hours. In summary, an address to remember.

Quiet location, very suitable for those seeking relaxation. A car is highly recommended. Pure nature, very beautiful view of the sea.

We spent 2 incredible days in Nafplio. The environment is beautiful with the castle, the seaside and the old town. Note the presence of many restaurants. Myrto is a very friendly, responsive host with very good advice. The apartment was perfect, very nice and consistent with the description. I can only recommend this place.

Our stay was unfortunately only very short, but we found the accommodation to be welcoming, and cool. ( it was very hot weather). It appeared to have everything we needed, although we didn’t cook any meals the kitchen felt well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air con was great to cool the room before we went to sleep. Waking up to birds singing and be able to sit in the delightful garden to eat our breakfast, was most relaxing. There was a bbq available, although we didn’t use it. We would most certainly return if visiting this area again.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay, large terrace with sea views and a view of Kalamata. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to cook meals. Washing machine and drying rack was very handy. Very comfortable couch was great to relax after long days of sightseeing! Friendly host and neighbours. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need—even for a longer stay. The real highlight is the large terrace with an amazing view—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

The apartment is very nice, pleasant, clean and very well equipped. The only drawback is that you have to find a place in the street to park. Very well received, we recommend this apartment.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

The Loft is ..wow! Expectations were high but we were not disappointed. The large outside spaces are a real bonus and the views are amazing from both inside and outside. A great deal of care and attention has gone into creating this space... it is luxurious, comfortable and practical. Bed and pillows are very good. Parking is very convenient ... as is the shop over road. Charming and pretty, Napflio old town is a 15 minute stroll away and there are fantastic places to swim and beaches and other attractions nearby to explore. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Athens.

very clean, quiet, good location, comfortable beds, cozy, and comfortable space although would have preferred a more comfy couch for lounging. Patio gets morning sunshine, afternoon shade. Underground, secure, reserved parking space is big bonus. Google Nest worked great for playing music. would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens.
