For the price perfect Building itself is beyond its glory days a bit but everything in the power of the owner was great and the room was nice, aired, spacey and clean Building is some hour walk from the centre and the neighborhood very safe suburbs area with good public transport (2€ for individual ticket bought in the bus but you can buy cheaper rides in the supermarket) Mattress and pillows may feel hard a bit first, but got me perfect rest Communication was prompt and adequate If you don’t insist on being in the center it has what you need.

David’s apartment was a great place for our night in Coimbra. It’s very close to the walled city, which made it easy to walk around and explore. It was also near several luggage storage places which helped on our partial day in the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the views of the old city. It was also near several cafes and restaurants, which was a bonus. We would stay again.

Fully equipped apartment. Everything was very clean, personalized attention upon arrival and departure. 100% recommended.

José and family were so friendly and helpful. We loved the house it is so peaceful, ideal to recharge! The views and beautiful. The kids loved the swimming pool and the river beaches. It's a great environment to bring kids, they ve had so much fun! We can't wait to come back and highly recommend José s house. What a lovely family xxx

Very friendly and responsive to my calls and texts, I could give 5 stars for the location if it was from walking distance to the city centre, you will need a car to get around, but parking is very cheap at the ecovia car park which is only 5 minutes walk from city centre. Great host and highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful home and host!!

Perfect accommodation for two couples or a couple with two children. Quiet area but very close to the city center. The host is punctual, attentive and friendly. Excellent value.

This is a lovely home in a quiet village. The outside space is fantastic as well. It was a great base for Coimbra as well as the Schist Villages. There is a lovely river area close by as well. We enjoyed our 3 days here

We loved our stay at Graça’s. She was very kind, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even booked our reservation for lunch. After spending the last several days in a busier city, we really enjoyed the slower pace Lousa had to offer. The location was perfect- we could easily walk into town or take a walking path to the castle nearby. We also hiked to a beautiful Schist Village (Talasnal) which was about 2.5 miles from the house. The kitchen was perfect and we really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the patio both mornings. We’d highly recommend staying here. Obrigada, Graça.

Amazing stay with Licina and her husband. Their hospitality and kindness are very remarkable. Everything is very well thought out. Impeccable cleanliness and very peaceful places! After our visits to the different cities not too far away, we were able to enjoy the pool that made the children happy! Thanks again to Licina and her great touches ☺️☺️

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this spot enough. We really needed rest and relaxation and couldn’t have found a more peaceful location. We were sad to leave. Michele is a wonderful, kind and caring human being, and we were so fortunate to have met her.

The listing was just as described . It was Cosy & warm and had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay . The location was perfect and the choice of this little village was great . Of all the villages and towns in Serra da Estrela , coja is the perfect place to set base . I will definitely stay at Jane’s should I return to coja .

It's perfect with a group of friends like us or for families. You'll find everything you need and you can enjoy your staying also with a bad weather thanks to the diferent spaces of the house.
