Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pend Oreille County

Our family had a terrific time staying here on our ski vacation! The cabin fit all of us perfectly , with room to spare. It was just a few minutes drive from the mountain. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked a girls weekend here for a relaxing girls trip before my friend’s wedding and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view with lots to do and see, and if there’s any questions, David and Laura are super responsive and helpful! Directions and rules are super clear and it’s very clean and tidy. We had a great weekend and 10/10 would stay again!

The one & only reason why I did not want to leave a review is because the selfish side of me does not want this wonderful home booked to where my family & I can't stay due to no dates being available. This house & the hosts could not have been more perfect. You can feel that Mike & Rhonda want their guests feeling welcomed, at ease & comfortable. They went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met & that we had absolutely everything we needed and wanted. I actually had to fight tears leaving this lovely place. Time went by too fast. Usually, no matter where I'm at, it's always nice to come home. I felt I was already home the second we arrived. The house is clean, spacious & just dang perfect. My family & I will be going back every year. I wish we could go twice a year. Many, many thanks & so much gratitude to Rhonda & Mike. Our family created some beautiful memories that will be forever cherished.

Amazing hosts that are very responsive and supportive. A peaceful retreat far from the hustle and bustle, perfect for unwinding in solitude. Able to hike the mountain from the front yard.

This home was in the most beautiful setting of DeerPark lake, complete with a porch for viewing the lake, deer, turtles and flocks of turkey. The gate on the deck helps keep our dog can find yet enjoying the outdoors. The house is very comfortable and well kept. The beds were comfortable and cozy and there was plenty of room to gather and chat with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful and secluded spot. Our kids loved the lights around the property at night and the wonderful amount of space to play in! Will definitely be back again!

Staying here was a great experience! Its close to lake sullivans campgrounds. The grocery store is 4 buildings down. Great restaurant right across the street. Micheal was a great host. Very quick to write back to the couple messages i sent him. Alot of extras in the apartment. He is a very thoughtful host and the price was great to stay here. We will be back again!

Definitely will stay there again when I visit my sister, Jim was ahead of all the details and how to get there, I got there in the dark and it it’s far back there behind the trees but he was very detailed with his instructions and I found it just fine! The bed was very comfortably and even heated, the kitchen was stocked and updated so I knew if I stayed longer I’d be set. I loved the little orange kitten who greeted me. That you for your hospitality and I look forward in visiting again!

We had a great time in Usk. The location was just a few miles away from our hunting location. The building looks a little old on the outside but inside is nicely redone and clean. Lots of room for people and several sleeping spots. The location being upstairs gave us some nice views of the valley. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very nice. If we are in the area again we will be staying here.

Margene was super helpful and there was no stress. The kitchen was great and the place had all that we needed. Be sure to shop for groceries in Newport-- as the town does not really have a grocery store!
