Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pend Oreille River

Dirty Pete’s had everything I needed to simply relax by the river. Bathroom was only a few steps away and was spotless. Tish was very proactive and quick to respond. Highly recommend this to all the nature lovers out there. Already looking forward to my next trip.

If I could give this place 5+, I would. Extremely clean, amenities were upgraded and the views were amazing! The home was a little hidden off the roads but instructions were very clear & close enough to town.

We absolutely loved the location, views, and property overall. The outside deck with fire pit and water wall were our families favorite place to hang. It was a really quiet and peaceful location and allowed us to really relax after long days with friends exploring the surrounding area. There were plenty of beds and a fully stocked kitchen among other little added touches. We had such a good time and would come back again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Just steps away from the private dock, I spent a lazy Saturday reading in an Adirondack chair watching boats buzz around the lake fishing and tubing. The view from the hot tub and deck was awesome! A 2 minute walk to Ember’s pizza for takeout or grab a beer on the patio while you wait for a table. Thanks!!

Comfortable little place for visit with family in Colville. I will choose it in the future.

Amelia was a wonderful host. She was responsive and flexible. We appreciated our stay at her cozy and clean cabin as well as the beautiful surroundings. We will be back.

It was a great space and well worth the cost! Just a short drive to Nelson too. We enjoyed the views and hanging on the deck.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s! The place was clean, comfortable, and up to date. We felt right at home. The place was also free of any clutter and made it easy for our toddler to play and wander without us having to worry about her getting into things. The place had all the amenities we needed to make our stay easy and stress-free. We would totally stay there again!

Great little place to stay when staying in Spokane. Short walk from Manito Park and close to S. Perry St. where you can find some great food, coffee and shops. The clawfoot tub was a real highlight!

The little cottage was welcoming and super cute but the thing about it was our host! She was responsive and friendly. She helped us book a lake cruise when ours was unexpectedly canceled. Wendy was AMAZING!!

One of the best Airbnb's in which I've stayed. Eric's place is fantastic all-around - very clean and comfy. The location is great - easy and quick to get to downtown, but near plenty of restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. in midtown. The little details make all the difference though. Having things like the charging cables at the side of the couch and bed, the laundry baskets under the washer/dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinet, and the coffee pods, protein bars and water in the fridge are the added touches that really make it outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

We also own a vacation rental so tend to be very critical. This place was awesome! Great location, VERY neat and clean, well thought out decor, personalized communication, and very accommodating to our situation. Came over for Lost in the 50’s car show weekend so had my truck and enclosed trailer. They even blocked parking for us so we didn’t have to worry if there was room to park and unload. Very much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Pauline and Scott have a truly beautiful property with honey bees, colorful birds, and lazy turkeys in sight, flowers abound with their greenhouse and their green thumbs are on full display, the living space is cozy with a hot shower and comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, you will enjoy your peaceful night of sleep here, Pauline communicates quickly and is a delight to interact with, we plan to stay here again on our next Sandpoint vacation, two thumbs up in every category.

We had a wonderful time at Genevieve’s place! Check in was super easy and the place was spotless with everything we needed. The unit is really nice, very comfortable and in an amazing location right next to a large network of trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

Lisa's is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay at. Everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed watching wildlife from the balcony.

Very clean, nice long bathtub, and great shower. The Dr. Teals Epsom Salts was great. The salt was empty, and they took the steps above expected to get it replaced.

I had such a lovely stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable, I haven’t slept that well in a long time. The natural lighting throughout the space made everything feel peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Leanne was such a kind and attentive host; her warmth was felt from the moment I arrived. You can truly tell she puts care into every detail, creating a cozy and effortless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Amazing place as usual. I’ve stayed at Charlene’s place multiple times. It’s the perfect spot for a little retreat or getaway, if you’re looking for one.

We had a wonderful stay and was a great base camp for visiting Silver Mountain. The whole place was super clean. The apartment is right by the freeway but the noise was not an issue. Note, there is another rental above this Airbnb. The full kitchen was awesome for cooking our own meals. The hot tub was fun too. Overall, I recommend this place!
