New apartment, all very clean and organized. Good balcony with barbecue overlooking the park. Very practical for those who go to Beto Carrero. Communication with Ingrid very fast and easy.

The infrastructure is great, with covered parking, swimming pool and a playground for children. In addition, the house is equipped with complete household utensils and bedding, table and bath linens, ensuring comfort and practicality. The location is also a big difference: there are restaurants and markets nearby, and the beach can be easily accessed on foot. For those who wish to explore the region, the Beto Carrero park is only a 10-minute drive away, and towns such as Balneário Camboriú and Pomerode are a short drive away. It was a great stay, I would come back for sure!

Cristiane's house is exactly as the ad shows, but the photos don't even show the real size, the house is huge. Cristiane's daughter, Nathália, always responded quickly, very polite and willing to answer all questions. The house is extremely clean, organized, without a musty or moldy smell, I can say that it is impeccable. We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

No reservations. Excellent host, maintained communication at all times. The house is very cozy. Perhaps due to the number of guests the house can accommodate, I would recommend a 3-seater sofa instead of the armchairs. But suggestion. God bless

We had great days in the apartment. The space is exactly as in the photos, super functional, fully equipped, excellent cleaning and the condominium is a delight, everything impeccable, pools, game rooms, courts, playground, we enjoy a lot, and all very polite employees. And the super attentive Margit, received us personally and gave us all the instructions on the use of the condominium and great tips for restaurants and tours. It was a great experience.

We really like the site! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot. Finally, the stay was sensational, my family and I have to thank you and we hope one day to return!

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
