The Garden of Dreams

The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Villa L'Olivarosa is located in a quiet country area. But only a few kilometers from the beaches of Formia (Gianola) and Scauri. And 15 minutes from the Port of Formia and the train station. The Villa, surrounded by olive and fruit plants, is the ideal base to visit lower Lazio, Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga as well as Montecassino, Rome, Naples and the Almafitana coast.
