The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are on via living rooms where a private access with a boulevard of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Casa la Limonaia

The house is in the heart of the ancient medieval village of Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house with a separate entrance is equipped with three spacious bedrooms all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants, bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is located in a ZTL in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 pm to 6 am.
