Iris’s place was as lovely as described. The location allows for beautiful light all day for you to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning before an easy walk down to the lake. The community is truly special, and we enjoyed all of the amenities to take advantage of every aspect. Iris was so great at getting back to us immediately with any questions, we would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking for a lake retreat.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in grass valley! It’s right outside of the bustle of downtown but close enough to walk to. It’s been updated with beautiful finishes and they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds were cozy and they have down filled pillows which is my favorite! I thought it would be on the smaller side but because it’s so well appointed it feels very spacious. Gorgeous kitchen and bathroom!!

I booked my first Air BnB, and Ryans property was the first! I came from Canada for a small vacation and was pleasantly surprised. It was beautiful and quiet and calm. The wildlife was amazing to experience so close. It was what I needed to escape my busy city life. Ryan was amazing to deal with and was so kind and respectful. Amazing host. I will be rebooking in the near future.

Valerie and Josh were responsive and accommodating. The campsite was peaceful and quiet. The tent was comfortable and well decorated. The Kitchenette had all necessities for cooking. We enjoyed the BBQ’s, camp fire, kitchen and the fresh eggs the hosts brought us.
