On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

Dieses ist dann also ein DURCHGANGSZIMMER! Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Dorf. Ländlich und (meistens) ruhig. Die direkte Umgebung bietet sich für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge im Wald an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Basics wie Lebensmittel gibt es in ~ 4 km Entfernung. Zur Kreisstadt Diepholz sind es ~ 10 km.

You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

Die Wohnung liegt auf einem großen Hofgrundstück im 1. OG mit privatem Zugang. Es gibt eine eigene Sitzecke sowie weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten die teilweise mitgenutzt werden dürfen. Auf Nachfrage wird ein Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb mit Schweinehaltung und Ackerbau. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Auch für größere Fahrzeuge.
