The comfortable and high-quality furnished apartment is the ideal starting point to get to know the region from Steinhuder Meer to Porta Westfalica on the Weser and Wiehen Hills. Located directly on the Weser bike path, there are a variety of cycling tours to the rural surroundings (Steinhuder Meer, Storchenroute, Loccum Monastery, Dino Park). Beautiful day trips to Minden or to the regional centers of Hanover, Bielefeld and Bremen.

From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface). On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

The location, near the Meerbruchwiesen, invites you to walks, hikes or bike rides through the beautiful nature. For everyday things, shopping as well as gastronomies are available on foot.
