Monthly Rentals in Penryn

Cath's place is central to old penryn and conveniently 3 doors away from my son. we knew there was no parking and not a problem as we travelled by train and bus, the bus into Falmouth stops just over the road, the station is 10 minutes walk uphill. the house is tastefully furnished with all you need for a short stay. unfortunately my son is about to move to the other side of Penryn! Penryn itself is a lovely small town with a good selection of pubs, cafes and takeaways, and has a lot of history, but quieter than Falmouth.

Great place for a 2 night break from the rain! Annette was really responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Super apartment for our family of four over the Easter weekend. The check in instructions were very clear and easy, the apartment was clean and well provisioned. Penryn is great and the local coffee shops and pizzeria are excellent!

The flat is modern and very pretty. It is very central and you can do a lot. It was our first stay in Cornwall and we really enjoyed it as everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be back!
