Beachfront holiday rental in Pensacola Bay

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. So much provided you only needed food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

I loved the home however parking wasn’t the best if you had multiple cars but we got through that situation. I wished I had more time there so I could really enjoy what that area offered. I had my mom 75th birthday party there and it was a perfect fit. Lenora is wonderful and if something was wrong she sent out the handyman the next day. I give the experience 5/5 stars. You will not be disappointed. By the way the view in the morning and at night was amazing. Also I want to Thank the neighbor as he was wonderful for putting up with us. I told him if we were to loud to inform us but he didn’t say a word. If I had to do it again, I definitely would and on a smaller scale because I loved the view.

This was a great AirBNB experience. The unit was very nice, had designated parking, and the host and co-hosts were very communicative. There was a little hiccup with parking at onset, but was quickly resolved - a small confusion due to some changes occurring at the property, but as soon as we messaged about it, we got a quick response and resolution. The space was petite, but more than adequate for a quick getaway, and we even had space to set up a fenced playpen for the dogs in the living area so that they didn’t have to be crated when we were away. The parking is very close to the door for easy packing and unpacking. The yard is fenced and separated from other renters, and has a little green space so the dogs had space of their own. Also, Dan was incredibly friendly, gave lots of recommendations, and even gave us some treats for our dogs. Beautiful Florida beaches are a short 15 minute (or less) drive and downtown is about a mile. Great experience.

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

This place was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve made plans to try to come back this September. Jetta is a great hostess. We were very pleased in every area.

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola Beach and absolutely loved this condo! It is located in a great area with lots to do- bars, restaurants, beach, shops, and plenty of activities! The paddle board and kayak were great amenities to the location and the condo was well equipped with beach gear and everything we needed. Sunsets on the patio and morning breakfasts were something we enjoyed daily. Comfortable beds and bathrooms made our stay outstanding for the week! The workout room was perfect for our needs as well. I highly recommend Tim’s place!!!!

Lisa, our host, was exceptional! She was super friendly and was on top of EVERYthing. The condo was beautiful and felt very homey. I love that they have the balcony facing the beach and it’s a private beach at that! I would highly recommend vacationing here and we will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was absolutely impeccable—every detail inside the home was full of charm and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views to match. Spacious, comfortable beds, and just steps from the beach—literally across the street! There's also a boat entrance near the pool, and everything from shopping to white sand beaches and great dinner spots is within walking distance. We highly recommend dining at The Reef during your stay. Lastly, our host was wonderful—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. A perfect stay all around!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect to come back to after a long day at the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—they even let us borrow an umbrella, which turned out to be an absolute must for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I celebrated a long vacation here the week of Memorial Day and Donna’s home was a perfect stay. We enjoyed the large clean rooms, the amazing porch, the private beach, and the access to kayaks, bikes, and the fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was cute and close to a large pier, downtown, and small roads perfect for a morning bike ride. It was incredibly peaceful and the most amazing way to spend the week. We are really grateful for the opportunity to stay here! We hope to return soon!

This condo is so pretty! It had everything we needed plus some extras. Very clean. Fast to respond and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back next year. Perfect location too!

We had a fantastic time here! The host was really flexible with check in and made it really easy to feel right at home. The house was really comfortable and was a very short walk from an amazing spot on Pensacola beach that was fairly isolated and never crowded. The host even went out of their way to grab us a mobile hotspot when there was a local internet outage! Definitely recommend this house and we would for sure stay here again!

I have stayed in South Harbor on multiple vacations in others units. The location and quietness of the condo is key! Everything is walkable! Great views, easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, night life and still a quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board is they offer a crib/pack and play to rent per day at the property, but there is really no good place to set it up. We had to move the bed over in the 2nd bedroom for it to fit. Other than that this place is great for a family or 2 couples.

Excellent - wonderful location. The outdoor furniture was a little 'tired' but apart from that it was wonderful.
