Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pêra

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

7 friends had a great stay at this villa. It's so spacious, and great views with a great pool area. It's easy and cheap to get into town through Ubers (5 euro), and just a great place to relax. The rooms were all nice and big with en-suites, and showers were good. Kitchen was well stocked as well, and we had lots of BBQs - which being gas was quick and convenient. Highly recommend to friends and/or families that would want to say. You'd struggle to find any problems with this place.

We had a great stay at Carmen's place. the villa is well positioned near shops and walking distance to villamoura or a very short taxi ride which was perfect for our group. Carmen was kind enough to arrange transfers to and from the airport for us, and came to us upon check in even though we arrived very late. She was very responsive and sent lots of reccomantations for us before arrival. The villa is as pictured and clean and tidy, would recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay at Vitor’s place. We used the kitchen often and it had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and very nice to have AC. Victor was very responsive and also offered suggestions of what we could do in the area. We really recommend!!

The place was exactly as the pictures showed. The beds were super comfortable as well and the location was beautiful. We will be visiting again!

Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

We had a great week. We liked the house and the pool very much, we relaxed well and everything was very quick to reach. The mix of beach, party and city was perfect. Thank you for the quick and easy communication, the check-in and check-out were also super flexible.

If I could have given more stars, I would have done that. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, exactly as pictured: excellent bedding, nice and refined decor, with a very well equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is at the foot of the small garden. Although close to Albufeira town, Terras Novas is surrounded by nature. The beaches that are 5 minutes by car are really very pretty. The location is ideal: 40 minutes from the airport, and very central to visit the Algarve. We were able to enjoy the apartment as a family (parents and two teenagers ), everyone was delighted to return after our visits and everyone felt comfortable there. We highly recommend it! Such an amazing place, had a great time talking to Mariska and the other guests. And they made breakfast for us in the morning, which was so special. Would highly, highly recommend this place. Feels like a hidden gem.

Our time in the Algarve was incredible, and this home made it even better. The space is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the coast. It is well equipped with really anything you could need. Highly recommended for a true Algarve escape.

We recently stayed at Marie & Daniel’s for my best friends hen do, and had the absolute best time. The villa was the perfect for us. We particularly loved the pool area and how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were all lovely too. If you plan to stay here, I would recommend hiring a car, the location is not walkable to anywhere, and although you can get Ubers easily from here, you are required to get rid of your rubbish at the end of the stay in a bin on the main road which is not doable without a car. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Aline & Miguel were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with before and during our trip! They have created a relaxing and beautiful space to enjoy time together with family. We especially enjoyed sitting under the olive trees for games and meals and gazing at the lighthouse/ocean from the lounge chairs. The space worked perfectly for our family of 5 adults. They provided a guide with local recommendations which was helpful. Able to walk to beaches though a bit hilly. Overall we loved staying in this area of the Algarve with access to scenic cliff trails and restaurants. We enjoyed Pashmina (Indian food down the street), Algeria Good Mood Food (Thai) & casual Earth in town for breakfast/lunch. If this Airbnb is available, book it! It’s amazing! Nice apartment in a perfect location a few steps from the beautiful beach. The host was super friendly. Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, good for a small family.

A very nice experience! The view from the living room, balcony and one bedroom directly to the sea. The location is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the apartment has the most important utensils. A little old-fashioned and some things could be replaced, for example, a style is broken while one of us was sitting on it. It was nice to grill with a view of the sea, but a few utensils for grilling would have been nice. You have to look for parking in the area, parking is not allowed in front of the property. The place and surroundings were beautiful, especially you should take a boat tour to explore the caves. Conveniently, an office is right next to the property.

Just returned from a short break at this apartment. We arrived late in the evening but the staff on site were friendly and directed us straight to the apartment. Check in was easy with the coded door and everything was clean and well prepared on arrival. The apartment is modern with enough facilities for a pleasant stay. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is big and there are plenty sun loungers for a relaxing day in the sun. The complex has a pool bar / restaurant that is open daily servicing drinks, food, ice cream etc so this is really convenient. The marina is a short walk away offering lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Old town is a 15-20 minute walk away and is great to spend the evening in. New town is a short taxi ride away if you want to venture this far - there is no need as the Marina and Old Town offer much more than the New Town. We would stay here again if we return to Portugal in the future. Thank you.

Actually, so much has already been written about this great Airbnb. We agree with ALL positive reviews. If you are planning an individual holiday in the Algarve, you should book here. It was fantastic. Our life in the almost 2 weeks took place mostly outside. It is so nice to enjoy the first coffee/tea on the roof terrace in the morning or wine in the evening. Our 2nd favorite place was the courtyard with kitchen counter. We loved having breakfast here and enjoying the affogato in between. We had planned not to cook. However, it was so much fun in this well-equipped kitchen. So, there were small dishes or salads in the evening. Restaurants, the small market hall, the local grocery stores and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. We liked Silves very much. There are good opportunities to shop for beautiful things here. Many thanks to Marta + Levi for the communication + the new dishwasher

Very nice and clean apartment with two balconies. The pool is clean and spacious, the sunbeds and umbrellas invite you to relax and chill. There's even a toilet cottage. The apartment is just a second jump away, so you can always get drinks or tasting from the kitchen and fridge. The location is very quiet and the combination ideal for relaxing for families with and without children. By the pool and on the landlord's property it is nice and green and flowery. Benafim is located in the hinterland, but for vacationers with rental cars, the trips are a pleasant change from the various excursion destinations in the Algarve. For us who are also happy to explore in Tenerife by car, comparably well located. The hustle and bustle in Albufeira can be experienced in 30 minutes. All in all a nice place with good value for money. We are very satisfied and will be back.

A spacious, bright apartment with at least two fully separate workspaces and a large terrace. The apartment is fully equipped for long-term stays. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest grocery store is a 12-minute drive. There is shared parking under the building, and there are always plenty of spots available, even in the evening. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

place is really nice, spacious, nice lot of provisions provided, lots of restaurants and of course right on the beach. fantastic tips about all things in the area provided. if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs but it's not too noisy considering you are right in the heart of a resort town (i slept well).

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!
