House holiday rentals in Perinton

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

The home was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Perfect size for our family trip. Pool and outside area was well maintained and peaceful. The inside was very clean and comfortable. Beatriz was very responsive and helpful.

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

We were looking for a VRBO to handle a family of ten across three generations. This property had everything we could want from that perspective. It is very nice inside and out and the owners are flexible and proud of their offering. The kitchen is well stocked, and the electronics and guest gathering areas are all very up to date. The weather prevented us from fully exploring the area and outdoor amenities.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Gregory was a great host . Everything we needed was there for us . He even went out of his way to bring us the BBQ grill . We went while it was still winter so it’s usually stored during that time . The house was clean , comfortable and directly across the street from Lake Ontario . Very quiet neighborhood with allot to do around you that’s walking distance . I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful experience with a great host ..

Beautiful neighborhood, very inviting and friendly! Downtown is very close ans super cute. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone wanting a relaxing, clean and safe home to rest your head. my kids loved it as much as I did!

Lovely ER style home, beautifully renovated! Pinterest perfect! A warm, comfy and safe place to come back to every evening! Highly recommend to anyone in the Rochester area. We also highly recommended PG’s a local bar with great food and drink within walking distance of the house!

This was a very nice place, everything was as advertised. Lots of towels to use, which was nice. A couple things to note: there is no dining room table or dishwasher in this place. It was ok for us because we had nice weather and could sit outside, and also there was only 2 of us. Location was beautiful for watching sunsets and close to the town of Canandaigua; but beach access was 1.5 miles down the road, so not super close if walking.

Very comfortable home near the village of Pittsford. Perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked, primary bathroom has a fantastic shower. Lots of areas both inside and out to relax and share meals. Jim and Carol are great hosts.

Craig’s place was a picture perfect luxurious getaway in Rochester. A perfect haven for two musicians to hang out. Everything was just as described, check-in was seamless, and the place was gorgeous. The bed was so comfy and the ambient lighting was also a plus! Thank you Craig, we will be back! Cheers.

I highly recommend the property at 8 Jackson place in fairport NY. the home was so clean, and the touches were wonderful. fresh flowers, fresh fruit in the refrigerator,soda,water, bottle of wine, small charcuterie tray. snacks,cookies,nuts,coffee,creamer, ketchup ,mustard, mayonnaise. hot tub,fire pit,grill. beautiful washer/dryer with liquid soap. towels and flip flops for the hot tub. All of these touches made our stay so much easier..thank you timothy for a great experience..Mary.

Great place and great location. We stayed there to coach at a meet in Webster. It was such a good place to stay. Not that far but far enough to be away from the pool. Near a great town with lots of restaurants, close to Wegmans, near everything we wanted. Nicely appointed. Plenty of room. Greet kitchen with lots of space. I only wished the weather had been better to sit out on the terrace to relax between sessions.

Elizabeth's home is beautiful. She had snacks and fruit amd water available for us. Her inatructions were clear. Her home is so comfortable and cozy with lots of books, games, movies etc. I would not change anything. I highly recommend Elizabeth's home!! Her messages were friendly and she provided detailed information about the house and the area. I hope we can stay in her home again when we are in the area.

We rented Christopher’s place for a family wedding. We had a group of 5 and there was plenty of space. Christopher was very responsive and went out of his way to make it a memorable trip. House looked just like the pictures and well stocked with everything we needed. A 3-4 mile stretch of the Auburn Trail runs right past the house and is perfect for a nice walk or run and offers a lot of shade and scenic views. I asked Christopher if it was ok to use his fire pit after the wedding and he actually stopped by and had it all set up with wood ready to burn when we got home. It was great! Hope to return soon.

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Mike and Tisbe’s was incredible. The home and yard were perfect and the view of the lake and sunset were just wonderful. Mike and Tisbe were always responsive. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

We stayed at this beautifully restored 1800s schoolhouse over the weekend and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect little escape from the city, a peaceful, charming spot that feels like a step back in time (in the best way). Thoughtfully updated with all the modern comforts, while still holding onto its historic charm. The natural light, cozy touches, and quiet surroundings made it such a relaxing stay. We brought our bikes and rode around Canandaigua Lake, highly recommend if you're into cycling! There’s so much beauty to take in, and coming back to this peaceful retreat at the end of the day was just what I needed. Thank you for creating such a special place!
