The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. La nostra mansarda, con vista sulla valle, è di recente ristrutturazione ed è posizionata in una zona tranquilla ai limiti del bosco nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. Ideale per trascorrere le vacanze estive ed invernali, tra escursioni, canyoning, mountain bike, arrampicata, trekking. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Situata in mezzo alla natura ai piedi del parco naturale del Mont Avic, a 4 km dal casello autostradale di Verres, a 40 minuti da Aosta e 20 minuti dal Forte di Bard. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.
