Apartment with feet in the water, very spacious and impeccable. Lots of amenities that are very appreciable... the view is magnificent, the location is great especially with our bikes but the center of Palavas is very close on foot especially by cutting through the beach... Thanks also to Christophe for the little touches to eat and drink. In short, an excellent stay where the good weather was also with us!

Very clean apartment and as described. Right next to my training center where I spent a few days. Seemingly spacious, it feels like home! Julien is responsive to requests, it's a pleasure. I would recommend it 100%

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious, clean and on the beach. Muriel was very helpful and gave recommendations on things to do and where to eat.

Yohann and Cathy’s place is an excellent choice for Montpellier. It’s ideally located on a quiet, mostly pedestrian street, very near all the major points of town, cafes and services. The highlights for us were the apartment’s cleanliness, AC in every room, high quality furnishings, modern appliances, and overall design. The tall windows and little balcony were lovely, too. Highly recommend!

Small gem right next to the beach, the apartment is very functional (there were 4 of us), the terrace with barbecue is just great. Access to the beach is in less than 2 minutes, it's really great with children. We highly recommend it!

There were 6 of us and everything went really well. The apartment is spacious, bright and close to a lot of things to go for a walk with a nice little health trail. It matches the description in the ad. Jane is a welcoming, smiling and attentive host. We had a great time, without a doubt, and if we had to do it again, we would go back with our eyes closed. Excellent. View was breathtaking! Accommodations had everything we needed, but I wish it had a regular coffee maker. The host was very accessible.

Very good stay, Fredérique was a very welcoming and flexible host regarding our arrivals/departures. The view is very pleasant and the bakery nearby offered us great breakfasts on the balcony.

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.
