Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

Most importantly, Matt and Daniel are fabulous hosts. They make you feel most welcome and are so helpful and friendly. Without hesitation would recommend staying at their beautiful apartment, which in truth feels like being welcomed into their fabulous home. Will definitely stay there again and this time for longer. We loved it ❤️

Loved it! Fantastic location, clean & comfortable space with a great view. Really appreciated the excellent dining recommendations as we loved the Fish House and Fort restaurants. Also liked Lost Brewery for beer and burgers. If interested in a bit of an excursion, or otherwise find yourself in the south eastern part of Cornwall, you have to check out the Hidden Hut near Truro.

Exactly as per the listing on Airbnb. Very cosy, quirky accommodation with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Stayed in Portreath on many occasions and always like to try something a little different. Walking distance to the beach with shops and Portreath Arms enroute. Cheers.

We had an amazing stay at Ross and Daniel’s apartment. Ross met us at check in and went the extra mile even helping us carry our things! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail really impressed us, the hosts had clearly put in a lot of effort to make sure guests felt at home there. The apartment is right by the harbour so is near lots of local shops and restaurants which we loved! Ross and Daniel were on hand throughout our stay to help with anything, they were really friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations, we really loved our stay and already can’t wait to visit again!

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome to Faraday and some good local information from Anthony. The apartment is in a great location with parking outside the door. Easy to find according to instructions and use of keybox. Great for walking to Verdant Brewery Tap, catching the train into Falmouth or popping to the Seasalt sale shop which are all minutes away. A quiet area with great views over Falmouth and easy access to many places worth a visit like Trebah Gardens, St Mawes, Marazion and many other great places and beaches. We could have stayed longer and explored further! I would heartily recommend a stay at Faraday for your holiday as it has all you need and would be very happy to have the opportunity to stay again. Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We had a lovely time at Linda’s cottage. Location is great easy walking to the main beach area with all the cafes. St Ives is pretty hilly so definitely earned a sundowner at John’s (head left down the street you can’t miss it). PLEASE take note of Linda’s instructions for drop off The Digey gets very thin we saw multiple cars get stuck at our front door and have to back out. Easier walk back from the car park it via the steps down by the beach. We had a great time both in St Ives and further afield. Very busy this time of year

Lovely house, well equipped and very comfortable in a central location for visiting beaches and places of interest. We had a great long weekend stay with the family.

What a wonderful find. We met at Tygwella for a family holiday, some of us coming from Australia and some from Manchester. The house was ideal. It was spacious so we could occupy different “wings” with our own bathrooms and come together for meals, chat and play. The house was very generously supplied with basic provisions, kitchen and laundry equipment. We wanted for nothing. Having two ovens was great for cooking adult and children’s meals. The location was so peaceful with great views and easy access to the coast path and beach.

A fantastic property in a really nice location that is clean and very spacious. It was modern and very comfortable to spend a week chilling out reading and walking. The 1 minute walk to the “Summer House” restaurant/ bar was also really pleasant. We also really enjoyed that we could park the car in the car port. A fantastic base camp to then explore the local area. Kimberley

Marita is a very friendly, approachable and considerate host. We stayed with our little boy (18 months) and Marita went out of her way to ensure we had the necessities for him as he was the first baby to stay here! The apartment is lovely, the stairs are a little steep inside, but we managed to get our toddler up and down! The views are brilliant and the beach is only a short walk away. We really enjoyed morning walks to the beach and taking our dogs there. The sunsets are beautiful and sitting on the balcony in the sun each evening was absolute bliss. We loved staying here and have fallen in love with Porthtowan! Thank you for being such a wonderful host, Marita! X

It is almost under the viaduct but there is almost no sound from trains so do not let that put you off even if a light sleeper. Very convenient location for the centre of town.

came to surf at fistral beach, so this was perfectly located. the BnB was clean and great value for money. Lucy was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Ample entertainment for children’s activities. Highly recommend. This for a lovely stay. Victor

Mevagissey on the south Cornish coast was a little gem. A fishing harbour with huge tides, lots of shops, bakeries, and restaurants . The flat was compact clean and had good kitchen and laundry facilities. Perfect for a couple to explore the town or further afield. The ferry to Fowey was a highlight as was walking the harbour and streets. Location was a joy and we’d have no hesitation to recommend!

Such a lovely break. Good communication from hosts, all the information you need. Beautiful location and would definitely stay again. The hosts went above and beyond providing all the cleaning materials, toilet roll etc. As they say beat views on Newquay and we all had a fabulous stay and would will definitely book again.
