Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perrusson

We had a fabulous stay with Sandrine and Francois! The house was perfect for our family of three, and the provisions available for children and babies is really well thought out with absolutely everything you need for a stay with young ones. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The property is well situated for exploring the surrounding Loire valley. We can’t rate our stay high enough and would definitely go and stay again!

We were 5 couples and we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful stone house. It's not impersonal like in a lot of housing, it's a house that lives and you feel at ease right away. Recommended++, we will be happy to come back

Well-appointed, well-equipped and clean accommodation, ideally located for visiting Beauval Zoo (30 min) Bed and toilet linen is provided, a big plus. The setting is very relaxing, quiet, surrounded by nature. The dog is very cute ☺️ The hosts are very welcoming and available 😊

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

A family weekend that we offered to our parents at the top, a very nice place, well-maintained and pleasant accommodation to be there. Thank you for this beautiful accommodation with the jacuzzi as well.

This property is beautiful, peaceful, and felt very private. The barbecue and warm pool made for a great evening. It is located a short drive away from the beautiful Blois, and La Loire.

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. Its accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval zoo park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organizational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old quarter of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Small but very functional apartment and very well arranged to save maximum space. There were 4 of us including 2 children and we slept perfectly in the apartment. We were even able to unfold our crib from the baby and move around the apartment easily. Located on the heights of Montrichard, the view from the balcony is clear enough to admire the surroundings. The location of this apartment was perfect for going to Beauval Zoo, just a 20 minute drive away! Great value, tidy and clean, I recommend this apartment!

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.

We had a great stay at Martine's, who is a dynamic, welcoming, helpful and willing woman. Small attentions on our arrival small strawberries 🍓 from the neighboring producer were waiting for us, bath towels nicely positioned on the bed, small care for its visitors, for optimum comfort. You feel good at Martine's, like at home. I hope to come back!!!!
