Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

The house includes a kitchen area with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, a living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. This cottage in the heart of a village, has a main room with a kitchen area (induction stove, mixed oven, fridge), a sofa, a table (folding) with 4 chairs, a bathroom, and a large bedroom upstairs, a table that can be used for work (good quality wifi), a dresser, a wardrobe. Possibility to eat outside, and use the pool.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
