The little house

"La casetta" is located in a mountainous area near Roccagorga (LT). It is 35 minutes from the sea (Sabaudia), between Rome (50 minutes by train from Sezze) and Naples. The house is autonomous, with a large garden and private use of the swimming pool (from June to October), the swimming pool overlooks the valley with views of the mountains and horizon on the sea of Circeo. It is equipped with a fireplace for heating and a large outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and an indoor kitchen.

L'abitazione, subito fuori dal piccolo borgo di San Potito, il cui centro dista non piu di 600m, si trova al confine di un bosco ceduo di proprieta' ed e' circondato da un giardino di aceri, ulivi, e altre essenze. I sentieri, tutti tracciati dal CAI e segnalati partono alle spalle della proprieta'.
