The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

In few minutes you can get to the best beaches Lido Riccio,Lido Saraceni, natural shore Ripari di Giobbe and Acquabella, Cimitero Canadese, the Harbor of the city and the turistic pier.

Kitchen and living room in one room. Equipped with air conditioning and radiator heating, TV in one bedroom and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, cutlery, plates, soaps and shampoos. It is located 200 meters from the train station, in the surrounding area there are numerous public parking lots.

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa in centro

The house is warm and cozy and is an excellent base for hiking lovers, to spend pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace, dinners and comfortable and serene days with children. It is located on a small gated street near the Sangro River. The main square can be reached from home with a short walk. Nearby there is a playground , a stables and the departure of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are a 5-minute drive away.
