Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, is located on the 2nd upper floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a new bright bathroom with a rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and a cozy living room. The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Welcome to the apartment 'Die Inselwohnung'. We offer a comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people on 110 square meters. If necessary, even more people can be accommodated. A children's travel bed is also available. Due to our convenient location, we are very easy to reach by car and also by bike (immediate proximity to the Weserradweg). Consumer markets and bakeries are in the area.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
