The stay at the apartment was very nice! The location is quiet and yet you are within 5 minutes by bike at Steinhuder Meer. The place was clean and modern. The only thing we were missing was a few basic kitchen items like oil, spices, and coffee. Matthias is very friendly and responded very quickly to messages and/or concerns. Thanks for the nice days! We had made the accommodation booking for an employee. Unfortunately, I cannot make a clear statement about the apartment itself, as we were not there ourselves. All necessary booking information was provided to us after booking, so we could easily forward it to our employee. Communication in advance with the host was always friendly and purposeful. We are happy to book this place again when needed!

We had an all-around pleasant stay at Vanessa's! The apartment was very well furnished – it really lacked nothing and you can tell that attention to detail was paid here. The location is also great – well connected in terms of transport and yet quiet enough to relax. Vanessa herself was incredibly warm, courteous and always helpful. We thought Holger's apartment was great. The view from the conservatory was beautiful...the foot, the ships. In the evening, we liked to spend cozy hours there and enjoy the unique view. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. I found the contact with Holger very nice and uncomplicated from the beginning. Thank you for everything!!!! Bettina Is a super involved hospitable and friendly hostess. Her home is spacious, super neat and very comfortable. Anything you need is present. Then there is her beautiful garden, which we (and certainly our children) enjoyed very much. It is a prime location where you can completely unwind and a place where you can enjoy all the beauty around you!

The house is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a stay. We were three adults and two children (3 & 7). The house was more than sufficient in size. The large garden was also great for the children. We would stay again anytime.

Me and my family stayed at Andreas nice house for one night. The house has everything you need, beds are comfortable, kitchen well equiped. Everything matches the description very well. Andreas is also a very friendly and helpful host.

We had a great time at Silvia's place. The accommodation is beautiful in an old half-timbered house, with attention to detail and very tastefully renovated. A temporary home! There is a great garden with sun and shade. There is nothing missing in the accommodation. We will be back! This is a top place to stay!

We had a great long weekend in Klaus and Claudia's house. The two are great hosts who were friendly and approachable for any request before, during and after the stay. The house is superbly equipped and both the house and the garden are very spacious. There's really nothing missing. Even on hot days, it is pleasantly cool in the house. The area is super quiet with a friendly neighborhood. You can quickly reach Lake Dümmer on foot. We were there with a toddler. Right at the "entrance" of Lake Dümmer is a restaurant with a large sandy area with beach chairs, loungers and sand toys. This way, you can also relax and have a drink and something to eat with your toddler. There is also a playground a few minutes' walk from the house, which we didn't need because of the large garden. To explore the area a bit and to get bread rolls or do shopping without a car, it is a good idea to bring your own bicycles.

A great apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which we immediately felt very comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we could walk to everything we wanted. Despite the good location it was fantastically quiet. We thank you for the nice time and for trusting us to leave the apartment for a few days.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy, there is plenty of space and a pretty garden. The communication was uncomplicated and friendly and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back!

Great location close to train station, very easy to get into Nienburg town centre. Beautiful apartment very quiet and peaceful area. Access to get in very simple and easy instructions. Would definitely book again for another visit to Nienburg.

Our time at Andreas' was fantastic! The house is in impeccable condition, you immediately feel at home. There is nothing missing – from the can opener to the fireplace, everything is available. I was particularly impressed by the well-maintained and well-equipped kitchen. The living room and large balcony are highlights, especially the panoramic view from the east balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. If necessary, the windows can be completely darkened by roller blinds. Which was a big advantage on the warm days. The view of fields and forest is fantastic, and the garden was a paradise for my dog. The apples and pears were a delicious bonus Andreas was very friendly and always available. 7 out of 5 stars – we'll be back!
