Good location. shopping Center, supermarket is walking distance or short drive away. Impressive kitchen and utensils for cooking. Plenty of spices, cooking ingredients and breakfast cereal are provided as well. Pretty sure the owner is food enthusiasts or chef. Well equipped kitchen same as what you have at home.

Great stay, it was nice and clean. Gabbie was super communitive and helpful, would definitely stay again.

This was Home away from Home, we arrived in the cool winter months and wow it was sooo cosy, warmn and peaceful we didn't want to leave during our visit I loved how it was a warm loved home and was lucky enough to meet Jun when I was at my car and also the neighbour who was very friendly. Was a nice space to host a family dinner x2 with my whanau, thank you Jun, I hope to be back again!

This is a beautiful home, and was very warm on a cold weekend, with heaters in every room. ! It has all the charm of an older home, with all the appeal of a completely re-done, modern space. The only negative is the parking spot was a bit tricky to get into with a large SUV, but it definitely wasn’t impossible. We would stay there again for sure! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Can’t fault the place- I highly recommend booking here. We felt so at home and comfortable. Really appreciated the central heating, well stocked kitchen, high quality and stylish furnishings, and a fantastic coastal view from the front room! Thank you.

Relaxing, peacefully, luscious, warm, inviting, natural, green- oversized Hansel and Gretal styled exterior, arty and homey interior, with divine views due to epic location, could be anywhere in the world. I’ve already locked in the next of many visits!

Great location away from the CBD. Very nice, private, and comfortable place to spend a few days in Wellington. Perfect, if you're planning on spending some time at Zealandia. It was peaceful to wake up to a great view of the sunrise covering the hills and native birds flying about. We spotted Wood Pigeons, Tui, and Kaka birds from the property. Spacious place. Wish we had stayed longer.

Great location, only a few steps away from our son's house who we were visiting. A 5 minute walk to the railway station or bus service to get us to shopping centres or into Wellington.

Great apartment on a lovely neighborhood. You are a 10 minute walk away from the Khandallah shops. You have restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need a quick stroll away. Jules is a very responsive and responsible host. She took care of everything and the apartment is great. We were welcomed with treats and super useful tips! Highly recommended!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. We were greeted on arrival, with quick and timely responses as we made our way to the location. Immediately we felt right at home. A booklet was provided with information for all the amenities, alongside recommendations. The apartment was very warm and inviting, and the beds were really comfortable- we all slept incredibly well! Check in and check out we’re really easy and flexible, and it was nice to have a space for us all to chill together! Thank you 😊

Didn’t take any photos of the place, however the view was stunning! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. It was a great big space! On Rainy days I did wish there was roof cover for the balcony… also for those who can’t do stairs. There was a few flights to climb! But well worth the trip. Amazing host, milk, coffee and a wine on arrival! Greta cafe right under the apartment was fair priced, delicious and great customer service! Thank you Giles & Zoe

Nice, clean and quiet place with all the features one needs. Bus stop to the central city is a few steps away. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Place felt very homely, Sue was an absolute star of a host! Views are great, sunsets amazing! Very tidy & clean space. We loved walking down the stairs at bottom of the property to Oriental parade where we jumped onto electric scooters and made our way into the city 😀 definitely walkable the scooters just seemed more fun! We stayed for 3 days and could have definitely stayed longer!

Our second time staying there and it was wonderful for our family again!! Right in town and so many restaurants, great grocery stores with 5/10 minute walk (Common Sense and Moore Wilson are amazing!!!) and Cuba street so close by. Thanks for hosting us again!

Myself and two mates stayed at this Airbnb for two nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This Airbnb is very cozy and relaxing. We felt we were staying in a lovely cottage. Toast, coffee, tea, and more was provided was well. Can't recommend this Airbnb enough.

Adrienne is overall an amazing host. Clear instructions about everything, attention to detail, beautifully organised home - small, but with everything you need. Communication was perfect. The room, although small, matched the description and was warm - a nice bonus in winter.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!
