Monthly Rentals in Petrokefali

The apartment is at the end of a dead end road with wonderful views over the Messara plain. Psiloritis, Crete's highest mountain. Everything was well prepared including a little bottle of Crete wine. We had rented the place for a week which was too short. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Sure we will come back

What a wonderful stay, top of the list for all places we have stayed. Attention to detail, providing all the little extras to help make your stay easier (sun umbrellas, mats, toiletries...) Our arrival was easy, parking was on the street, but enough space. The patio area was a favourite spot, private and with lots of places to relax. Inside kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook meals. Bedroom was quiet with air-con, bed was a little too firm for us. Our host was proactive and very friendly; answering our questions and giving recommendations.

A really lovely place for rest and relaxation. We had booked the lower house, much smaller than the main house but perfect for 2 people. Everything was super clean and we felt at home straight away. The view is fantastic and the houses -despite their modernity- fit perfectly into the classic landscape . We always had the shared pool to ourselves and as all three houses are built with so much privacy, you usually have the feeling of being the only guest on the property. It's the perfect place to soak up the south of Crete. And no matter whether we had minor or major problems, Antigone and Emmett were available for us and always immediately tried to find solutions or suggested alternatives for us. You can tell that they both care a lot about you having a good time in their house in Sivas.

If we could, we'd give more stars. We really enjoyed our stay. The Tiny House is very central, has everything it needs and is clean. Ioanna welcomed us in an incredibly friendly way and gave us recommendations for activities throughout the week. You can't imagine a better hostess :) This was certainly not our last stay with Ioanna.
