Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Petrópolis

One of my favorite stays, great communication and really amazing home. Everything met expectations and I hope to return soon!

Great location in Itaipava. The house is beautiful and well equipped for those who want to cook. Communication with Sandra is also very easy, she was super attentive. Highly recommended for those who want to spend quiet days in the mountains.

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

10/10 stay. The house is great, well located, with a beautiful view, stable internet, comfortable fireplace, great amenities. The 1st floor bathroom is larger and more spacious. The dynamic of the American kitchen connected with the living room brings a very good integration. It makes you not want to get off the couch, lol.

Lucas is an incredible host. Besides the house being very good, he was extremely attentive and quick in the answers. The condominium has a good location, is approximately 15 minutes from Itaipava and has an excellent structure. I will definitely return to the house.

The house is in the center of Petrópolis, we did everything on foot. And the house has absolutely everything that's needed for a good stay. I took a glass of wine, but even that had! The days I spent with my husband and daughter in Tiago's apartment were wonderful. It's all as Tiago says in the description. Very functional. The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed.
