Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can hike and bike excellently. A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.

There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
