Monthly Rentals in Pettirossi

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

We arrived in Capracotta in the middle of a snowstorm but Tiziana welcomed us warmly. The apartment is as described: comfortable and cozy, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The house is located at the edge of the village, within walking distance of downtown and the shops that sell great local products. The village is small but cute, the mountain landscape is breathtaking and the inhabitants were very friendly and helpful. The abundant snowfall continued for all our days of stay but this did not create road problems: the roads were cleaned with precision and regularity by municipal vehicles. We appreciated Tiziana's trust when she learned that we were traveling with two medium-sized dogs. She was very kind... she wanted to leave us some jam for breakfast! We had the opportunity to dialogue and discuss with her in a calm and respectful manner. We'd love to come back, maybe in the summer!

Nice and cozy apartment, furnished with style and equipped with all comforts. The location is also not bad, just a few minutes from the center of Pescocostanzo with a beautiful view of the Abruzzo mountains. Highly recommended.

We stayed during Easter, the house is very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals: an electric oven, a microwave and an induction hot plate with 1 fire. Complete everything with a large fireplace with which we made the fire. Upstairs, a room with a double bed and a single bed where I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom with shower had everything you need: hairdryer, towels, shampoo. There are very useful electric heaters in the house in the coldest periods. The village is very colorful and quiet, with a bar always open 50m on foot. The owners welcomed us with cordiality and a smile, making us feel immediately at home. We had a good time and recommend it for a stay in and around Borrello.
