Holiday rentals with beach access in Pevensey Bay

A perfect seaside pad! Such a lovely space with great sea views, a short walk from St Leonard’s station & plenty of local restaurants, bars & shops to visit. Would definitely recommend booking & Caroline was a kind & helpful host.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. Super friendly host and lovely place!!

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Fantastic historic cottage in a perfect spot to explore Rye...situated by the stunning church, close to the cannons you can soak up the history.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. We will definitely be back ! Thank you!

Catherine's kittiwakes air bnb was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive booking Kittiwakes air b n b for the size of our family however it was a perfect size with the added benefit of storing luggage etc in the garage! Catherine's attention to detail is superb we very much enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed a long weekend staying in Ben’s apartment in St Leonard’s on Sea. The seafront location and views were perfect - really convenient for the beachside bars and coffee spots. The flat was also well located for walking into Hastings to enjoy the Old Town and castle and the Country Park. Ben and his friend Helen were really responsive and helpful, particularly when arranging for us to collect keys late evening on our first day. Nothing to fault - everything we were expecting to find in the flat was provided with good instructions for how everything worked. Thanks for a good stay.

10 of us had a brilliant weekend and would highly recommend anyone staying here. Perfect location. So much to do. And Ricky as a host was really accommodating / lots of communication throughout. We all had a great time & would stay again.

Amazing, responsive, accommodating and understanding host :) We accidentally checked in 2 hours early as we didn't read the instructions quite closely, thinking that we had to check in *before* 3pm instead of after! Thankfully, the cleaner that arrived at the time and David himself were completely understanding and extremely kind and understood! The apartment is clean, beautiful and next to amazing locations that are easily walkable. Definitely worth the price and an exemplary place to stay at :)

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

Really enjoyed our stay, had our border collie dog and we walked everywhere. Lots to see and lots to do. You can see and hear the sea from the apartment, plenty of places to eat and drink. Place was comfortable and immaculate

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

Just got back from a 2 night stay and we had a really lovely time. We came down for a concert at The De la Warr Pavilion. Owen came out to greet us and showed us round. Both were very friendly and the extra special touches like milk and biscuits were really appreciated. The place was spotless and very comfortable.
