Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping areas are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance, and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extended walk.
