What an amazing place. The anti - boutique art cafe is something to experience. When so many places are being turned into “luxury living “ boxes it was delightful to stay in a 500 year old property with all its charm and quirks. Coming home at night to our own a bar was fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and the access to art materials was a real bonus to my artist husband. The kitchen has lots of equipment and the water in the shower has high water pressure and heater only takes a short time to produce VERY hot water. Once the inner door is closed the apartment is very peaceful. Communication with Spiros was excellent. It’s difficult to suggests any improvements. Maybe more pillows. We would appreciate a washing machine but understand this is extra cost. Be aware the cleaner next door sometimes spills water from the balcony into the garden. Just sit to the left. Oh I don’t forget to try the restaurant next door. Thank you Spiros for a lovely stay. A great way to end our 4 weeks.

We were immediately received super warmly by the landlord. The accommodation was fantastically beautiful, the sight was hard to describe. The rooms and the complex were very well maintained. The landlord is super nice, but not intrusive at all. We would come back anytime!

Excellent!!! Such a lovely host - you will feel welcomed and well taken care of. They had everything I needed ready for my toddler son to feel comfortable in a new space. The view was so lovely to enjoy mornings and evenings. The place was pristine and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here when I return to Chania.

Located right in the heart of old town Chania, can easily people watch and take in the sights and sounds of old town without having to leave your place. Perfect sunset views. Note: best place to reliably park for free overnight is “Chania town car park”, about a 10 min walk. May be easier in the off season; and harder in the peak. Overall the location can’t be beat.

Jenny is such a wonderful person and a fantastic host! The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days in Chania. Not to mention it has a beautiful view! Please note you need to be able bodied to stay here as there are 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment - but this was not a problem for us. The apartment was about a 20-30 minute walk to Chania town, and it was a beautiful walk along the ocean. Jenny was so kind and helpful, responded so quickly to messages and gave us many local recommendations. Thank you Jenny!!! We had a wonderful time. :)

The stay at Spyros' place was perfect. Beginning from the uncomplicated checkin to the stunning view and quietness of the mountains to the clean, cozy and stylish apartment. Communication was nice, kind and rapid (I asked for a duvet and Spyros' mother (who is more than adorable) brought me this not even an hour later). I will definitely come back. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα!

Giorgia has been a wonderful host. The flat was super clean and the host welcomed us with fruit, sweets and everything for breakfast. She gave us clean towels and sheets twice and she recommended restaurants and places to visit. She left us time to checkout and said goodbye with many ice creams!! 🥰she really was a fantastic host . The bed is comfortable , the bathroom very modern and beautiful and the whirpool a pleasant extra. We liked everything and hope to come back

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking — it’s the kind of place where you wake up and just want to sit outside all day soaking it in. The pool was a highlight as well: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself was spotless and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Michalis was a wonderful host — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with local tips and anything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway with great hospitality!

This place was perfect. It is in a great location, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Like the other reviews mentioned, the parking spot is very tight, you have to be a confident driver and highly recommend having a smaller car.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

We have stayed in many Airbnb, but this one really stood out. Tassos and his wife were really helpful and caring without being intrusive. They gave us great recommendations and we went to all of them and had a great time and ate amazing food. Even when we left the area, and I texted Tassos, he gave us advice for the area we were in. The place was spotless and they had everything you could need. The terrace was a dream. Beautiful view of the mountains in the day and the stars at night. Also very private. Amazing place. We will be back

Giannis' apartment was much better than we expected. It was incredibly beautiful and completely private. It has a huge garden and is a great distance from the neighbors. The apartment offers everything you need inside and out. Giannis told us that he built the furniture and kitchen himself. These were of a very high quality and visually extremely pretty. The highlight of the apartment is the swimming pool, where we lay until late at night and watched stars. Giannis is a great host. He welcomed us personally and showed us everything. In addition, he already provided a map of the island and gave us various recommendations on restaurants, beaches and parking lots. If we had any questions, he answered within a few minutes. The location between Balos and Elafonissi also offers many beautiful sights. The apartment is perfect and recommended for anyone looking for a few days of relaxation.

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

The apartment is very nice, there was nothing missing. About two minutes from the beach and from the store. We enjoyed our stay here.

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!

I'm very happy that I choosed Ioannas place. Very nice apartment clean with everything we need for are staying. Very close to everything, a super market, bacary, pharmacy , shops, restaurants, bars . Close to main Bus Station, perfect for people with out a car.
