Holiday rentals with a patio in Phaya Thai

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Tom was a great host. The unit was just as described. They provided extra towels and a change of bed linens in the room. Very clean. The clothes washing machine was also a great advantage. I would stay with Tom again.

Overall a good stay, and extra points for letting us check in early as our flight arrived very early in the morning.

the check in process was very simple the host had great communication the apartment had great natural light and was very clean. i highly recommend to book you won’t regret it i was extremely happy with the apartment thank you so much

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Lovely Airbnb outside of the main/busy parts of Bangkok. It is located about a 15 minute walk from public transport so please keep that in mind. It’s near a market and has tons of food options in the area. The room was comfortable, though the bathroom is SUPER small. Anyone larger than my frame (5’3/200lbs) could feel uncomfortable. But overall, I recommend staying here.

Nym was amazing and so attentive! She even had the TV replaced while we were there because it wasn't working! Front room is noisy due to being right on the road but still an amazing location with great a/c and coffee shop on courner and 7/11 and laundry within walking distance.

Natty’s place was perfect! The house looks exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as described, and Natty was a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

Me and my mum had such a lovely stay here. It’s perfect for two people, with everything you’ll need provided, exactly as in the photos and as mentioned. It’s in a very safe, quiet and peaceful area so you will be able to fully rest without worry when you are here. The location is close enough to the main road so it’s easy to go out and explore Bangkok. (Also a 7/11 a few minutes walk away for any late night snacks😋) The host is very kind and helpful, replying very quickly. Genuinely feels like home, we have already booked another stay here! From the welcome until checkout, the host was very responsive and helpful, went the extra mile to prepare the airbnb with water bottles and snacks, super clean, highlight is the huge TV, explained everything very friendly. I recommend staying here!

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!
