Monthly Rentals in Philadelphia

I loved my recent stay at the artist’s studio. I was in the area for an extended stay for work, and felt right at home in this cozy and creative space. The neighborhood is lovely, safe & peaceful, with a really great coffee shop and grocery market nearby. Thank you Laurie and Jim for your awesome hospitality!

Highly recommend staying with Maureen! She is a great host and her place is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. This room is very small but it is fine for a short stay with one person. She lets you use any of the common areas so I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and dining room as I was working online. The other housemates were also great. There is also a dog that hangs out, if you love dogs this could be a great stay for you.

It was an amazing place. Access to shops and transportation was easy. I wanted to extend but it was already booked up when I was ready. He made sure we were always stocked up and couldn’t have asked for a better host

Abayomi and his property manager Karlyn present an excellent value and represent what a new user of AirBnB might expect if they wanted a good experience. Service has continued to improve in quality during my stay with clear, positive, and constructive communication. Although I noted the distance to some city amenities, it is worth clarifying that the property is still within a short drive to notable activities, the location appears safely secluded from any ne'er-do-wells, and it has little traffic outside, which is a plus.
