Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phra Pradaeng District

The house is big, very nice, just a little old, like the old air conditioner and the cement board has a bump.No decent living room and sofa, big table next to pool like living room, but outdoor type, it would be better if it was an inside living room and had a TV

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's a very distinctive little wooden house with a long history. It's a great place to experience the local accommodation. I love his dog.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Bangkok, and I can't recommend it enough! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The place itself was brand new, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy yet modern feel. The staff, especially the girls working there, were super friendly and made sure everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was such a relief in the Bangkok heat, and the hot shower was absolutely amazing! If you're looking for the best place to stay in Bangkok, this is definitely it. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

I‘ve had a really beautiful time at this place. The owner showed me around the island, never hesitated to ask me if i need a drive to the 711 and other places around the island because i don‘t have a licence.. I felt really at home, the coffee was great, we‘ve had the most beautiful conversations, the area is incredible to relax and enjoy nature but also rent a bike and drive around because traffic is really easy going there. I enjoyed the bed with good aircon and I even got Breakfast everyday which was so kind, considering the good price, high quality beautiful bathrooms next to the door. The view is incredible because you are surrounded by fruit trees and alot of animals too in this area. Thank you:)

I really enjoyed my stay at Sinra's place. The building is in a very relaxing and quiet gated community. I really enjoyed the big house with great bathrooms.

Very good value and standards. Room and the bathroom were well maintained. Host let me leave my luggage few hours before check in so I was able to enjoy my travel. Good and strong AC, host very responsive and friendly. Lady that opened the door for me was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I DO RECOMMEND- very nice value.

The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic, responsive, and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will stay here next time.

I had a lovely time staying at this apartment. The communication was perfect, I was always able to contact Nam whenever I needed something.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bo's place. The staff was excellent, always ready to help with whatever I needed. The rooms were cleaned every single day. The location was excellent, close to the Central Rama 3 mall and all kinds of shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Bangkok. Thanks, guys!🤗🤗🤗

The place was amazing, it’s in a very modern condominium building. It was clean, matched the description and Alice is very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool is always empty and very clean, same goes for the gym. The location is very convenient and only 4min away from the metro station which is a big plus. There’s many bars and restaurant nearby located 5–10 min away. I would definitely stay here again ! Thanks Alice !

Since the beginning, the host was quickly responsive and polite and was always nice to talk to. The place itself is pretty clean, and cosy, and has everything for a comfy stay, with loads of shops within walking distance. It’s situated in a quiet area with beautiful trees and birds, who sing every morning there - so adorable. This was one of the reasons I absolutely loved staying there. It is also a great security system everywhere, so I felt always safe and private. Once I needed an item for the kitchen - Erica was kind and operative bringing it in just an hour! What I allot appreciated! Also, enjoyed using the gym next to the pool which was always clean and well-maintained. Overall I was happy staying there and would recommend this place and this host ♡ Thank you ♡

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

It's a nice enough room in a mid-aged building (circa 1998). Stayed a couple of months. The room is not fancy but it's spacious, clean and has decent views (although the peeling, old tint on bedroom windows obscures that view). The pool is good for laps (bought my own deck chair as there are none) and gym is usable (most machines broken). Location not close to BTS trains but is a good local area. Room was good for its purpose and useful space for work-fron-home. A new sofa and some high chairs/small high round table, plants on the balcony would add some value. Was there for the earthquake, which was scary but the building held up!!

You CAN'T go wrong here, very clean,quiet with amazing views over the city, huge bed and great amenities, pool,fitness centre and security is top notch... what'snot to like, our second stay and hopefully not the last
