Schöner und familiäre Aufenthalt im Haus von Giannis. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Man hat die Möglichkeit, auf der Wiese vor Meer zu relaxen und direkt ins Meer zu springen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

Este o locație de vis , cu priveliști de neuitat. O adevărată oază de relaxare la care cu siguranță ne vom mai întoarce . Casa foarte bine amplasată la malul mării cu ieșire direct la apă , curtea din spatele casei cu foarte multă umbră . Casa are vreo trei terase ,niciodată nu ne-am putut decide la care să stăm atât de frumos și liniștitor era priveliștea . Gazda Mirela ne-a fost de ajutor de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. The house provided ample space, which was perfect for our kids with all the room to run around and play in. Everything was very clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The host was exceptional—very friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Φανταστικο σπιτι με υπεροχη αυλη και ανετους χωρους. Ειμασταν 8 ατομα, και το απολαυσαμε φουλ. Η πισινα και το bbq ηταν τα εξαιρετικα, το σπιτι πεντακαθαρο και εξοπλισμενο με ολα τα βασικα εργαλεια/υλικα/αντικείμενα (πχ σαμπουαν, λαδι, κουζινικα, πετσετες). Η τοποθεσια ειναι 200 μετρα απο θαλασσα, σε ενα ησυχο χωριο με 3-4 γειτονικα σπιτια. Οικοδεσποτης και η κα Αθηνα πολυ εξυπηρετικοι και φιλικοι. Το σπιτι ειναι ακριβως οπως στις φωτο . Θα ξαναερθουμε σιγουρα.

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι κ τοποθεσία Υπεροχή θέα απο την βεράντα. Οταν πήγαμε εμείς είχε μισό μέτρο χιόνι. Δυσκολεύτηκαμε πολυ στο παρκάρισμα αλλα δεν έφταιγε ο οικοδεσπότης. Καλο θα ηταν να υπάρχουν καπου στο σπιτι φτυάρια για το χιόνι. Εμεις ευτυχώς ειχαμε δικα μας αλλιως δεν θα μπορούσαμε να παρκάρουμε πουθενά.

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse i huset. Huset var mycket rent och jag fick bra kommunikation med Tobias som gav mig förslag på platser att besöka runt i området samt restauranger. Mycket att göra i Pefki, Kastri och fina fantastiska stranden i närheten! Goda mat och trevliga människor omkring! Jag kände mig trygg och det var hemma känslor! Rekommenderar 100% 🤩 Jag kommer återvända till huset och Kastri igen! 🏝️🌊☀️ Tack för allt!

We visited this place with my parents for a week. It was better than we expected. Very clean, spacious with a beautiful huge garden. What makes this place unique is that it offers you the calmness and space you need, but if you fancy a bit more noise, you can always go to the nearest town just 3 minutes drive or at Kamena Vourla just 12 minutes drive. Near the house there are 2 great tavernas, each of them unique for its own reasons, I will not recommend a specific one, because I think you should visit both and decide yourself. Regarding the beach it is just across the road, 50 metres from the house door and you are into the water. It is a huge beach with almost no people at all, maybe because the see has a lot of natural see weed on the bottom which didn't bother us at all, but maybe some people don't like it. Also the water is very quiet from early morning until midday, it gets a bit wavy during lunch and gets calm again after 6 pm. We had a great time, we will visit again.

Great house, spaciously, lots of amenities, everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, in the rooms, and dining room. The host was very easy to contact and communicative, and when we had an issue with internet, he was very involved, calling the provider and fixing the issue in half an hour time. The host advised us regarding the food do not be left out unsealed, and we didn't take this in consideration until our bread or the sugar bag was full of ants. Recommend you keep everything in the fridge, unless sealed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, and Konstantinos said this is planed already. No markets, stores or facilities closed by, but you can drive 25 min to Lidl, or 10 min to a small store in the village. Very calm, quiet, private space. Huge garden, with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees and figs. The private beach is a treat, walk down the backyard and through a gate go directly to the beach. Fantastic, we'll come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Margarita residence. Communication with the hosts was easy. They were helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the rustic feel of the home. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος για διαμονή στο βουνό! Με τον κύριο Βαγγέλη είχαμε τέλεια επικοινωνία και ήταν εκεί για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε! Το καλύτερο σπίτι για διαμονή μεγάλης παρέας στην περιοχή!

Séjour incroyable en amoureux. La vue depuis la piscine époustouflante. La villa et ses installations sont neuves, décorées avec goût, le tout dans une ambiance cosy. Stavros a été adorable avec nous, que ce soit tant pour le Check in et Check out ultra flexible. Nous avons pu bien profiter de la piscine. Villa idéale pour un séjour à deux ou à plusieurs. Je recommande à 200%.

We are so thankful to have come across Renata‘s listing! At the last minute, we decided to alter our itinerary so that we could spend a couple of nights in Arachova and we were so lucky! Renata was super responsive right away, allowed us for an earlier check-in, and was really friendly, providing us with local recommendations. The home itself is lovely and charming and we felt quite at home. It has everything you could possibly need and is exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely touches of decoration. Thank you so much Renata! Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. The house keepers (elli and andreas) were also great. thanks for a wonderful vacation

It's just a piece of paradise! The villa and the surroundings are divinely picturesque! It's well located on the hill top that allows you to see the sea from three sides! Villa is fully completed with everything that you can be in need of! The rooms are spacious and very authentically decorated. The cute and refreshing pool is even larger than on photos! The kitchen is like fully equipped with every small detail! Julia and Stavros were so sweet and welcoming! They gave us good tips about places to visit and to eat. All the time we were given some cute things from them: freshly cooked local dishes, her own olives and olive oil, home eggs and herbs. They've advised us great beaches and islands, as well as cute tavernas. We are absolutely sure that we'll come back to this wonderful villa and its surroundings!

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa location central with the car we had, however there was a bus stop close by if we had of needed it. Good selection of restaurants, a supermarket and the beach within walking distance but everything on the island was within a 15 minute drive when we wanted to explore. Hosts were friendly and responsive if we had any questions.

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

Excellent house with play room , swimming pool , tennis and basketball field, plus every accessory you need in order to enjoy these spaces. The house is 5 minutes away via car from kamena vourla. 5/5 no question for that!

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Вилата е с прекрасна гледка от терасата и басейна. Басейнът е много чист и добре поддържан. Местността е тиха и спокойна и на кратки разстояния се намират приятни неорганизирани плажове. Удобна е за голямо семейство, снабдена с всичко необходимо, за да се чувствате като у дома си. Безупречна хигиена. Комуникацията с домакините е бърза и любезна. Единственото, което отбелязваме като негатив е липсата на интернет свързаност през по-голяма част от времето, което за нас беше сериозен проблем, и този проблем беше отстранен едва в последния ден от престоя ни. За следващи гости това не би било проблем и препоръчваме вилата в Теологос.

Lovely holiday home with beautiful views of Evia and the gulf from the infinity pool. Very peaceful location in what feels like true and authentic Greece. We only encountered other Greeks on holiday - appealing! Spacious, well furnished and well equipped, clean villa with plenty of outside shaded areas. Georgios is a responsive, proactive and generous host, providing a large welcome pack of drinks and variety of snacks as well as giving great local recommendations for excellent tavernas, good beaches and excursions, and checking we had everything we needed. Easy drive from Athens. Mr Nikos was there to meet us for check in/check out, and available if needed for anything during our stay. St John's beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Theologos for a small supermarket/bakeries 7-8 mins drive or Malesina for a larger supermarket with great selection of fish about 15 mins drive. Our family all enjoyed the holiday and would be happy to stay again.
