Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Kelly was incredibly kind and helpful – we truly appreciated her willingness to assist with anything we needed. Great place to stay!!! Everything was perfect and the maintenance and response time was so much appreciated. The hot tub doesn’t get hot or maybe I wasn’t pressing the right buttons but it was too hot for one anyway. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great place to stay when in bang Tao

Great Host, very polite and responsive. Always willing to help and puts the customers perspective first. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and comfortable. Best for a couple, great swimming pool views, nice location near Patong. It is to be noted that it is on a hill but it's not a long hike. Thanks for everything, 100% recommend.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Was in Phuket for 5 days and it was a great place to stay. Perfect location as it’s in the middle of everything, nithkife and beaches. With restaurants and shops all over.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lovely place right near the airport. Perfect when you have a late arrival or early flight. Hosts were super attentive as well. No complaints!

We were a large family group who stayed for 2 weeks in April. The villa is fantastic accommodation for this type of family set up, with lots of communal areas. However, the best thing about the villa which makes the holiday amazing is Nana, the villa’s housekeeper! She arrives early in the morning and will make you a fabulous breakfast if you want it and will stay on later to cook supper ( extra cost) and her cooking is amazing!! Nana also does all the cleaning daily and guest laundry which we were not expecting at all. She is just fantastic and such a wonderful person! The villa is very private and the pool is brilliant . The only slight downside is that the walk to the beach or any restaurants/ shops is at least 15 minutes and there are no pavements so you are walking by the road and on the way back it is quite uphill. Best to have your own transport but staying that, the fit elderly members of our family who enjoy walking did the route many times. Would highly recommend the villa!
