Townhouse holiday rentals in Phuket

Мы жили в этом доме 3 недели, 5 человек взрослых. В целом проживание было удобным и приятным. Дом расположен на тихой улице недалеко от пляжа Ката. Дом стоит своих денег, но есть небольшие отличия от фотографий - на кухне нет кофемашины, в большой спальне вместо телевизора кровать, в маленькой спальне с двумя окнами слишком большая кровать, на террассе нет гамака. Во время проживания были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, которые хозяин быстро устранил. Ночью довольно тихо, но днём во время нашего проживания шел ремонт в соседних домах. Могу порекомендовать этот дом для большой семьи или друзей и хотел бы вернуться в него ещё

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Airbnb is very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mark is a very good host who is always available and reacts fast. The housekeepers are very friendly and do clean the airbnb (dont forget to tip them) :) I really can recommend this airbnb to all of you , Enjoy your vacation !

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Great property and space. Good location very safe. I would be mindful that third bed is sofa bed and difficult to sleep on. Host was very hospitable.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location was perfect right in-between Kamala beach and Patong. The view is stunning and having your own private pool is such a nice feature. The villa has plenty of space and 5 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to stay with a group.

Отличный таунхаус для семейного отдыха или отдыха большой компанией. Отдельный садик оказался очень кстати для игр детей. В доме есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Уборка и замена белья раз в неделю. По самому месту - хороший поселок в лагуне. Постоянно курсирующие шаттлы до пляжа и по самой лагуне. С точки зрения поддержки арендодателя все также на высшем уровне - организовали трансфер из аэропорта, встретили в доме, провели экскурсию по району, были на связи. Остались исключительно приятные впечатления.

Провели месяц (с 1.06.2023 по 29.06.2023) в этом таунхаусе. Прекрасное жилье, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда, постельное белье и полотенца. Принимающая сторона Юлия и Олег - замечательные люди! Помогли заселиться, все очень подробно объяснили и даже в первый день свозили во все супермаркеты на машине, чтобы не тащить тяжелые пакеты пешком😍 Огромная благодарность за отзывчивость и помощь в любую минуту! Жилой комплекс с закрытой территорией, сам таунхаус находится в 10 шагах от чистого бассейна. С крыши таунхауса любовались самыми красивыми закатами☺️ Две спальни, три санузла; проживание идеально для четверых человек. Большая кухня-гостиная, во всех комнатах кондиционеры и потолочные вентиляторы. На заднем дворе стиральная и сушильная машины и большая сушилка для белья. Жилье рекомендую на 1000 процентов! Единственный минус - в одной из спален маленький шкаф для хранения вещей и отсутствуют тумбочки у кровати🙌🏻

We were a family of four (two adults and two kids aged 4 and 6) from New Zealand. We had such a great time staying here! It was perfect for us. A great combination of having some more space and facilities for cooking etc ourselves, but with all the amenities of the resort as well. Highly recommend :)

Lin's accommodation is in a great location, close to Phuket's best beach, BangTao! The townhouse has everything you need, from a washing machine and an electric stove to a safe and toaster. Lin is a great hostess! She's in touch 24/7! Lin is ready to help at any moment! My family and I are happy with the accommodation and are very grateful to Lin, she is a wonderful host, I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and communicated proactively throughout our trip. One day, it started raining and I casually asked if they had an umbrella — unbelievably, within just 1 minute, the host showed up with 3 umbrellas so we could still enjoy our walk to Patong. It honestly felt like a superhero moment — like Superman came to the rescue! Truly thoughtful and above and beyond service. Highly recommended!

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

We stayed at Huan’s house for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant time. The sea view from the living room and bedrooms was stunning. The house is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing with friends. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by nature, and we appreciated the peaceful sounds of cicadas and frogs at night. The host and housekeeper were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the steep hill location made it hard to access without a car. One rainy day brought flying ants inside, and though the pool was cleaned, bugs and leaves kept falling in. Shower pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated. We had a water cut on the last night, and electricity cost 1,708 THB for 4 nights despite using A/C only at night. Still, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and would recommend it to those who are okay with minor inconveniences and a natural environment.
