The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Paola and Gianni are attentive to every detail and very helpful. A place that deserves to be visited. The place is lovely, very well cared for, and the cleanliness is great. For those looking for tranquility, it's a lovely area. We found varying weather conditions but the accommodation already heated and the stoves turned on, this was already a great welcome. Inside the house there is everything you need to need. The place is ideal for relaxation and walking, for those who love to stay in nature and in tranquility.

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been used perfectly with mainly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pots are new and abundant, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a nice open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that wasn't listed, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend thisplace.
